Brian is a standup craftsman. He built a pool deck for us last fall that is absolutely top-notch work and amazing. We had him back to remodel our home this fall. All work completed was beyond my expectations. Excellent quality and service. We will definitely choose him for the second phase of remodeling this spring.

I had Brian fix a leaky window at my daughter's condo and fix the damaged ceiling. He hung all the ceiling fans in our house. We also had him build a deck which involved leveling out the yard and making sure the drainage was right. We are putting a hot tub on the deck so he made sure the deck would support it. All my neighbors commented on what a nice deck it is.

Another fantastic job done for less than I expected to pay and looks better than I dreamed. In the past month I've also had him replace two windows, and he did an AC checkup for me. Definitely my go-to guy for anything I need to have done.

Brian is one that can work unsupervised. He stays on the job until it is done. There is not too many people I would call and get the job done, that I trusted. He is professional and knowledgeable.

At 5:00 on a Friday evening I noticed water coming out of the well cap in my backyard. Brian came out to my home, and of course it had stopped leaking by the time he got here, typical. But he looked at it anyway. We turned on the water in the house, flushed all the toilets several times, but weren't able to get it to leak again. He didn't see anything that looked broken or disconnected. He gave me the name of a plumber that he uses to call on Monday and didn't charge me anything for the service call. Brian is an honest man, and I will call him again in the future.

Great service from a real craftsman! Brian and his guys are perfectionists on whatever project they take on, taking all the time they need to do the job properly, and for an amazing price. Not only is the quality of their work excellent, but it's just fun having him and Kevin around. I have him returning to replace 2 entire windows in my home office with higher quality ones in a week or two, and am already hoping I have the budget to have him rebuild my deck come spring. This is my new go-to guy!

He came out first to give an estimate, and also explained in detail what he would do. When he did the work, it was done professionally and completely. A job well done.

The project was very professionally done, from the beginning to the end. The project took approximately 3 weeks. They (a two man crew) arrived at our home on time each day. They worked diligently and were always asking us to inspect their work as it progressed. If there was anything that we were not happy with, they gladly corrected it. They were professional with obvious expertise in building construction. They were very detailed in their work. We are EXTREMELY HAPPY with the finished product! I would highly recommend this company to other customers.

I contacted Brian Coffman and we determined a time to meet to discuss the project. He arrive on time for our meeting. He inspected the areas of my concern and openly discussed his thoughts on each area. I had also asked him to provide a bid on painting the house and garage. Due to the age of my house, Brian indicated that he may not be able to paint it due to asbestos issues. He said he would get back with me within one week which he did. Brian was not able to paint my house due to the asbestos issue, but because of his openness about that problem, I decided to let him do all of the repair work that was needed. He was very professional throughout the entire job. He completed the repairs in a few days and on more that one occasion asked if his work was up to my expectations, which it always was. Since Brian could not do the painting himself, he contacted another contractor to place a bid on painting my house and garage. I ended up selecting that contractor to do the painting. Even though he didn't have to, Brian came by our house almost every day to see how the painting was going and whether or not it met our expectations. Brian is very thorough and professional.

His name is Brian Coffman. We liked them pretty well. They did a real nice job and they were there when they said they would be and they worked until the end. We would use them again if we needed.

I used Brian for major work a couple of months ago, and called him once again for a small job. He got to the small job very quickly. His work was beautiful, as always! Brian is the only company I will use from now on.

I used him once for some odds and ends work. He did a pretty good job. The price seemed reasonable to me.

They came out when they said they would, and finished the work when they said they would. The young man who helped us with what we needed and what kind of shingles to get was very knowledgeable and very helpful. It was all set up very efficiently. We are really pleased with the appearance. They cleaned up after themselves. We think it’s a good roof. They were very reasonably priced too. They were very professional and we are very pleased with their service.

We spent about $22,000 on that work. The work was done on time and we thought that it was a good price. Totally it was to our satisfaction. It was done exactly as we wanted it and everything was cleaned up afterwards. We also had our gutters replaced and they were able to get us a really good gutter company too.

They did a terrific job. The only question I had was because they did not put the flashing into the chimney. They said that was no longer necessary with the modern materials available. They guaranteed their method of work so I am happy with that. They went to the insurance company, and they were successful in getting the insurance company to pay for the project. They worked quickly, and seem to have done a good job.

He came right out within a couple of hours to do an estimate. He was willing to come out to do the work on a Saturday. He did a great job!

Immediate response to call for estimate, complete description of expected work provided. Work scheduled for middle of the next week. Stairway replacement was a bit difficult due to settling and space constraints. Final stairs workable and sturdy. Bathroom pocket door fixed through cut in wall behind medicine cabinet as agreed. Permanent fix in place, medicine cabinet covers holes. Missed replacing a screw, not a big deal. Main floor pocket doors freed up and workaround (small plastic door stop) put in place to prevent hitting bad spot in track. All work completed within days of first visit.

Called and got to the job within the same day to give an estimate. Completed the job quickly and without any problems. Cleaned up, answered questions a was very polite. We were able to proceed with the floor replacement without having to reschedule that job.

Coffman agreed that we needed to remove the toilet and carpet to get to the floor. We had to get down to the plywood flooring and check for mildew. It took a day and a half to do all of the work. There was a lot of debris which had to be removed. He did all of this and put in new plywood flooring. He recommended that we use vinyl tile instead of re carpeting the floors. We bought tile from Lowe's and he and 2 other gentlemen installed the tile. They got the work done efficiently. He broke down the estimate into labor, materials and other costs. He over estimated the time it would take to perform the work, and compensated that in our bill. I would definitely recommend him!

The work performed and price charged was as exactly as verbally agreed. He went beyond the request by additionally taking time to clean out the garage and adding in some shelves with some spare wood!

MR. COFFMAN PROMPTLY RETURNED MY CALL AND REVIEWED THE DAMAGE TO THE GARAGE. HE WAS ABLE TO GET THE WORK STARTED WITHIN A WEEK OF REVIEWING THE JOB. HE WAS VERY CAREFUL AND METHODICAL IN REPLACING THE DAMAGED WOOD AND REPLACING IT WITH SUPERIOR MATERIALS. HE ALSO TOOK GOOD CARE IN REINSTALLING THE ORIGINAL SIDING AND FINISHING THE AREA AROUND THE REPAIR. HE CAULKED AND SEALED EVERYTHING SURROUNDING THE HEADER AND NEW BOARDS. HE WAS COURTEOUS, HONEST AND CLEANED UP AFTER EVERY DAY HE WORKED IN OUR DRIVEWAY. THE JOB TOOK EVERY BIT OF TWO DAYS.
