Cindy and her other cleaners are GREAT! After two years, I had zero problems. They were always thorough and consistent and never missed a cleaning. Cindy sent reminders the week of each cleaning. The only reason we're stopping service is because we're moving.

Cindy cleaned for me for over a year. I was mostly satisfied with the job she did. I was, until recently, very pleased with her level of trustworthiness. I gave her my garage code and asked her to let herself in on days which I would not be home. One day she texted me and quit, without notice and provided no reason. I was utterly flabbergasted. I reached out twice to try and see if there were something we could do to keep her and she never responded. I find this highly unprofessional. I am very disappointed with the dismissive way in which I was treated.

Love this company. I do pick up throw rugs and dog toys and clear up the clutter before they arrive to clean.

Cindy's Custom Cleaning was awesome! The first time they came (about a month ago), they did a deep clean which included base boards, dusting blinds, cleaning pictures, ceiling fans and doors. Deep cleaning is higher than regular clean, but well worth it. In addition, they did regular cleaning like dusting, washing floors, dusting and vacuuming. They did an outstanding job and I was very pleased. They're now coming regularly, are timely and thorough. Love them! Thank you, Cindy!

Cindy is very responsive and easy to work with. I scheduled an estimate for a whole house deep cleaning. Cindy arrived on time and walked through the house with me. I pointed out out specific areas I wanted her to address like like around the stove, baseboards and outlet covers. Her team came out the next day to provide the service. They were amazing! The house was spotless. The entire process was very easy. Cindy's rates are fair and her work is excellent. I would definitely recommend Cindy's Custom Cleaning to anyone.

Cindy came out to go over the required work and was extremely thorough in determining what we wanted and describing how her crew would do the required work. Her crew performed a "deep" cleaning for us, which was charged at double the standard cleaning fee (which is standard for a new cleaning service). We were very happy with their work. They will be cleaning for us every two weeks at the cost of service listed above. It is a little more than we anticipated having to pay, but believe it is good value for the service provided.

Cindy was prompt in getting back to me when I was looking for someone to do temporary house cleaning while I recovered from surgery. She was friendly and reasonable in her quote. Either she or her daughter arrive weekly to do only parts of my house regularly in use. In addition to having an agreed day and time, Cindy always texts me the day before to confirm. It has been great to be able to focus on my recovery and a few little chores like laundry and dishes instead of facing an increasingly untidy home.

I am very impressed with the quality and service Cindy's has provided. In our first meeting Cindy came to the house and assessed our needs and asked me what I was looking for in a cleaning service. She did a very thorough walk-through and gave a fair quote. The same two girls come each time which is nice because they get to know our house and feel more comfortable cleaning the clutter. If we are working from home they always ask where we want them to start. This is very thoughtful because if we have a teleconference we don't want the vacuum running just outside the door. We always receive a text the day before with an approximate arrival time. But if we are not home, the crew has a security code and hasn't had any trouble disabling the alarm. This is a wonderful family business with a great personal touch. They are polite and kind and thoughtful, even remembering to ask how our new dog was getting along.

Cindy is always on time, always friendly, always more than willing to help with any special requests. She comes every other week and always leaves our home smelling good and looking great! Her personality is positive, her work ethic is hardworking, and her care for our home is diligent. I would highly recommend her for any size home. You'll be glad you did!

Cindy has been cleaning my house for almost 4 years. She does a great job and is by far the most dependable contractor we have ever used. She is very detail oriented, trustworthy and communicates with her clients. She uses her owns supplies but will use something specific if requested. I hope to be using her for many years.

She is 100% dependable and is a great communicator...we text often to confirm times or details and she is always promptly responsive. Cindy has always been very professional from our initial estimate and throughout the last several months she has been coming to our home. During the initial estimate, we discussed what would be done on a room to room basis. She does my general cleaning every two weeks. She always sends a text message the day before to verify our cleaning appointment for the following day. Upon arrival, she is friendly and tolerates my very large dog who is a little too enthusiastic with her greetings at times. She brings her own cleaning supplies but will use anything specific we have requested for certain items. I am home during her cleaning most of the time since I work from home but occassionally have left instructions for Cindy on how to get into the house or will leave before she is finished. I have never hesitated to leave her alone in our home as she is extremely trustworthy. We are happy with Cindy and hope she can continue to tolerate my very large dog who greets her at the door upon arrival.

The few times we have needed to re-schedule or schedule an extra cleaning she has always been flexible. She uses products that are safe for our dogs. The house looks great after she cleans!

Cindy does a phenomenal job! I work full time and do not want to spend my weekends cleaning my condo. She confirms the time the day before she comes to clean. I feel comfortable having her clean my condo while I am not there. In addition to being great at her job, I consider her trustworthy and very responsible. I would definitely recommend her to others.

I was happy with the quality of her work and her promptness. She used cleaning solutions that wouldn't affect my respiratory problems. Cindy brought her own supplies. She worked quietly and asked questions when needed. I had her come back two weeks later for a lighter cleaning and will continue. As to the question on price I can't compare.

Cindy has cleaned my home several times. She arrives alone, has no helpers, and is always on time. She communicates well, texting to confirm each appointment the day or two before. Cindy is very professional and gets right to work, wasting no time. She works fast, covering the basics of maintenance cleaning (dusting everything, cobwebs, and the usual vacuuming, mopping, and shower, tub, and toilet cleaning.) She will respond to any special requests if you would like things done a particular way or if you would like a particular cleaning product used. I have never had an issue with trustworthiness, and feel comfortable giving her my garage code. I have recommended her to others wholeheartedly.
