He is working right now. He has been excellent. He has been very informative on when he will be here and what his schedule is. That was one thing that I picked up from the other people that I called was he did a real good job and he kept everybody informed on what the progress would be. He explains and tells me that he will be here to pour so many more inches of concrete in a certain place. When that dries he will do the next step. He is real good in layout steps. He has not laid any tiles yet but he has been very helpful in figuring out the pattern and offering suggestions. He is going to tile up the front which will look better. He is very professional. The price is a little bit on the high side but the people that I talked to said he does quality work. I am already looking up at more ideas to use him in the future.

mc cool's floorcovering recommended brian. he called, i explained this was part of a larger project,[complete remodel of entry and livingroom], and we would need him to coordinate with three other service companies. he agreed and scheduled an estimate. he arrived promptly, was clean, personable and sounded competent. he volunteered to go out to one of the other contractors and coordinate. he called frequently with updates and projected delivery times. he finished his phases of the project in a timely manner. all his work is above our expectations. his work ethic is admirable. he always cleans up well before leaving for the day.and told us when he would return. he was everything we could want in a craftsman and much more. we are proud to have people walk in to his entryway, and to admire his work on the fireplace and hearth. when he asked my wife which,of three different patterns she liked for the entry, she said, 'just do what you would do in your own home". he showed her, she liked it, and that's how it looked when he finished. obviously, we think he is a wonderful person as well as craftsman. we would never again consider tile work with any one else. PS: i am a crochety old curmudgeon, who is extremely hard to please. when i pay for a service, i expect SERVICE. brian is the personification of the old fashioned values that are so hard to find today.
