I would never use them again, the reason being that I felt like I was over charged. I wouldnt recommend this company because that was a total rip off. They were very good but I was not very happy with the situation.

I think their service was commendable. When we called them about the faucet, they were here in about 20 minutes. It did take them about an hour to take the toilet apart and reseal it. We started using them a couple years ago. They came out on a Christmas Eve. We had a really serious plumbing problem, and they did such good work that we have called them back.

I have used their services for about fifteen years. They have done good work for me. They are always very responsive, prompt, pleasant, courteous and clean up well after themselves.

They did great work. They initially had trouble finding a part, so they contacted another company to find the part for me, which I thought was above and beyond.

Excellent workmanship and product (Bryant system). Workman were very courteous and careful of our home. They took extra care not to track dirt into our house and did a good job on cleaning up after a long day of hard work. They had some good ideas about location of new condenser and intake/exhaust pipes. Their ideas recovered about a 10 square foot area in our existing patio by relocating the new unit to another area. Highly recommend the company.

It was fine. We had no problems. They arrived on time. They found, a year ago, that my furnace's heat emission was about to die. It takes awhile sometimes to get an appointment, because we are so far away. They pay attention to detail.

They've done several different jobs throughout the years.

First of all I was angry because they were several hours late and then they never called. I had to call him back. The guy didn't know what he was doing and he replaced all of the parts inside and charged me $300.00. The original problem is fixed but the bowl isn't filling up so I still have problems.

We have been using their services for many years. They are polite and know what they are doing. They always come when they say they will. We have a service agreement with them and so we get put at the top of the list if we have a problem.

The pricing was good. They beat out some other companies in that area. I did have to call them back out afterwards because they had installed the wrong unit. But they were quick to correct the problem and other than that everything went through fine.

They workers have all been very polite and courteous. They get the job done quickly and leave.

I like them very much. I've never had a bit of trouble. They're here when they say they'll be here, they're very professional, they do the job right and are very nice.

First, the plumber was late. Then, they sent the wrong guy because he didn't do clean outs. Furthermore, he knew next to nothing about check valves and recommended replacing our entire sewage system. Finally, we needed some work on a screwy piping job in our house. This is an area he, as a plumber, should be an expert on. He looked at the situation for about 15 seconds then said the best solution would be to re-pipe the entire house! Felt he was trying to hustle me the entire time. Called another plumber, he spent about 30 minutes accessing the situation, told me exactly what needed to be done and gave a fair estimate ($300-400). I have since learned big companies like ARS often pay their plumbers by commission. This is very scary as this plumber was trying to sell me a bill of goods. Needless to say, I politely told him would not need his services.

I scheduled ARS to clean the air ducts in my home. They had been cleaned by a different company a couple of years ago, but because of several factors (multiple pets, furnace located in unfinished basement, cigarette smoke), I had assumed they needed to be cleaned again. The technician immediately spotted the sticker on the furnace stating that the ducts had been cleaned recently, and asked if I was aware of this. When I said I was, he pointed out that ducts typically only need to be cleaned about every 8 years or so. He opened up the system and took some photos to show that the ducts were still extremely clean, and said that a cleaning was unnecessary and would be a waste of money. So, on the basis of his advice, I decided to cancel the job. I asked if there was a minimum service fee, and he said no. In my opinion, it would have been reasonable to ask me to pay something to account for their time, gas, lost opportunity for other work, etc. I appreciate the technician's honesty. They could have said nothing and done the job anyway, and I would have paid approximately $700 for a service I didn't really need. Although they did not actually do work for me, I would certainly call them in the future for other services and would recommend them to others.

He was prompt and courteous and on time. The price listed is for a service call and I used a coupon.

The service technician let me know how each air conditioner unit was doing maintaining its coolant and advised that if the one low on refrigerant continued to have trouble that we might want to have them look for the leak.

They came over the next day to do the work for me. It took them two days to do the work for me. They were very friendly and easy to work with. They told me how to run everything.

The faucet broke off the outside water line, and also off the toilet on the same day. They came out the same day and repaired it. He always goes over the bill with us before any unexpected repairs are done.

There was a problem. When they installed the A/C they had to do some tricky hookups, and they had messed with some wiring and it caused some problems that kept tripping the breaker. The did come back and fix the breaker for us and were very apologetic and did this at no charge because it could have caused a major problem. Other than that there were no problems, the A/C has worked well. There is good and bad to them.

We have the same guy each time and I ask for the same one. He is professional and on time. They call to schedule the appointment. They have a two-hour window and if they're late-they give you fifty dollars.

Called on a Saturday evening after determining lightning strike caused a hole in the gas line. Guy came out on Sunday and inspected the damage and determined the entire line needed replaced due to code. Work was done the following day. He was very knowledgeable and respectful of the house, minimizing the number of drywall cuts. No surprises - Very happy with the work!

We called ARS. They said they would be out but they didn't come out until 9 or 10 but he waived the after hours charge. He quoted the price and it turned out to be less than the quote. They were very cooperative and cleaned up their own mess.

Well we had to have a new sewer system put in. In this process they had to move the porch to get to the sewer line. They got the sewer system in but they couldn't figure out how to frame porch for concert. After awhile they figured it out and right away I told them it did not look right but they assured me it would be fine. That fall the concrete started to break and crumbled away, the whole top layer. So I call ARS and they sent someone out to take a pictures and we then waited. I called again and I got directed to a service department. Brandi then took over. She told me they would fix it and that they would call us and tell us when the work was going to be started. We then start hearing jack hammers and they had taken the porch down again and we doing the concrete but it being done under the order of the salesmen, not Brandi. He had no plans to replace it right away. Brandi then went to the salesman's boss and they came out to our home. They got the company to get here as soon as they could, but it still took a week. So after all of this work with concrete and the porch and the sewer, my yard was destroyed. So Brandi and the assistant plumbing manager came out and look at my yard. They then told me they would take care it from there. We then came home and there was just a little dirt and some seed throw in the yard. So I called ARS again and talked to Brandi and she went to the assistant plumbing manager. He came out with the crew and fixed the yard. This whole process started in September 2007 and they finally finished May 20 of 2008.

Terrible. I had a service contract with another company, which included 15% discount on repairs, "priority customer," and "24 hour emergency service." When I called in April, 2008, to schedule routine spring check of AC system, I was told that ARS had bought out that company and was honoring their service contracts. ARS performed check of AC system on 4/28/08 and told me everything was fine. We used AC very little until it got hot on 6/4. On Thursday, 6/5, AC stopped producing cool air. I called ARS before 8:00 pm to request service. I was told that despite terms of my service contract, they could only put me on "standby" for Saturday, 6/7, which meant they could show up any time between 8:00 am and midnight. On 6/7, I called around 3:30 pm to see if they knew when they would be out. I was told that they were behind because of rain, and they would have to put me on "standby" for Monday, 6/9. Again, I questioned ARS about the terms of my service contract, but was told that was all they could do for me. A service man finally arrived at 5:15 pm on 6/9. He said we needed refrigerant, and that there might be a system leak, but for some reason I still don't understand he was unable or unwilling to do a complete check for leaks. He wrote on service ticket, "If unit start not working correctly, recommend doing complete leak check." He added refrigerant and the AC has been working fine so far, but after 5 days of no AC with heat index above 90. He was going to charge $84 for "diagnostic fee," but did not after being told of service contract and Angie's List coupon for free service call with any AC repair. He also gave us 10% discount on charging refrigerant, instead of 15% as called for by service contract.

When we decided to get a new one they came out the next day. They did a very good job of moving and cleaning up when they were done. When they came and checked the old one they actually took pictures to show me the damage as he explained it. They went over all the options we had and they answered all of our questions.
