They were very professional and completed the work. There was error when they first installed our A/C unit and they came back out to fixed in very short time. I wish more service providers were as professional as they are.

The work was to be performed on a house being purchased. I got the estimate of $4,500.00 within 24 hours. The purchase contract didn't work out, so the service wasn't used.

The owner has been friends with my family for many years. They are a good reputable company to use. They are honest and prompt. They are here when they say they will be here.

They have done work for us for a number of years and we've always like their service. They are professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend them and continue to use them.

They did a very good installing everything. They didn't install it right the first time, but they came back over and repaired it under warranty for me.

Their service overall has been good. They are punctual, and are easy to get a hold of. They respond quickly to any calls we make.

I have used them before. They were on time and called before they came. They came in and gave me an estimate, did the job, cleaned up and left. It was quick and painless. I have this done every year and it has gotten really expensive. They used to charge you one price to clean the sewer and then they would offer you other services at other prices. Now they charge one price and you have to set up times for the other things, such as the scope to be done. I don t necessarily like that and that is why I gave them a D for price. I would use them again.

I was not impressed with their installation of this. They almost burned our house down. We have had several outside condenser units in the past. The wiring we had from these was too short for the new one. They tied this together with the new wiring. When they connected the wire that feeds the outside unit, they took a portion of the panel wall in the basement and broke it open. Unfortunately, instead of drilling a hole through a 2x4 to feed the wire through they brought it out and over the stud that s part of the house. They got the wire over it and then put the paneling back in. They nailed right straight through 220 volt wiring. So, the unit would run and then it would stop. We would reset the breaker and everything would seem okay for a few minutes to three hours. We kept telling them that it wasn t working right and they would come out and try to find out what in the compressor was wrong. However, it was the electric feed to the compressor that was wrong. It took them about six trips before somebody recognized that it was not getting electricity at the time that it shuts off. The circuit breaker would overheat to the point of tripping. We didn t check around on pricing for this work, but I feel they were reasonably priced. It s hard to give them a recommendation, at this point I would not. I would consider using them in the future.

They do a great job every time we use ARS, we would use them again in the future.

Did a great job. Even checked water pressure to determine why my unit might have failed. Recommended installing an expansion tank to help extend life of new water heater which, I will have done in the future. It was a pleasure working with this company. Moreover, the price was about half of some of the other plumbers I called.

They were great. They showed up on time. There price was exactly what they quoted me. They were very friendly and personable. They had very reasonable prices.

We were very appreciative of their service. The technician worked with us to remedy our plumbing repairs satisfactorily. He was polite and clean and even wore booties over his shoes when in the house. Service was excellent.

They did a good job and gave me a fair price.

We have been using their services for twenty to twenty five years now. They have always been thorough and always take the time to check everything out. We are satisfied with the service.

Kitchen sinks were slow-draining; dishwasher had standing water in the bottom. When Tim was done, there was a beautiful sucking sound as the sinks drained quickly.

It was excellent. I had four companies come to give an estimate, but his presentation was better, however the prices were all about the same. The people who installed it were on time and got it done in one day. They cleaned everything up and did an excellent job from start to finish. They actually called a couple of days later to make sure I was happy with the systems.

The experience has been great. They have been really reliable and their work is great. They let me know what is going on, and they are very easy to work with.

He wrote in big letters "30 days only" for the service he performed that particular day. I've argued about the cost and was told to speak with someone else at the office next week named Russ. They have yet to send my warranty papers so I don't have a clear understanding about what it does and does not cover. I don't feel I should have been charged for this service.

They do a very great job in maintaining our system. If I forget to call them they will remind me for the season service. They clean up after them selves and show up on time.

Representative was in my house all of approximately 30 minutes; completed the job to my satisfaction and did a thorough job explaining the problem. Clean up was minimal, but he took care of everything.

When I called them they asked for my credit card number. I told the lady on the phone that they serviced me in June, and they didn't ask for my credit card number then. The lady on the phone was very rude when I didn't want to give her my credit card number. I will never use them again.

I was not impressed. The service person that came out to diagnosis the problem was excellent, but the crew that came out to dig the line cracked my neighbor's foundation and scratched up the area around her garage. There were huge clumps of dirt in my yard, and there was a large hole left in my yard.

I was charged a fee for the estimate. The price they quoted seemed very high, and it was significantly higher than the other company that performed an estimate. I chose not to have the work done at this time.

It cost double than what I would of paid if I got the tank from Lowe's or Home Depot and installed it myself, but ARS was better priced than their competitors and more responsive. Overall, I am completely satisfied with the service we received.

The plumber/technician arrived right on schedule (and he called ahead.) He identified the problem quickly and assured me that we didn't need a whole new sump pump, just a new check valve, which he replaced in just under 30 minutes. The only evidence that he was there was the new valve and the smell of the PVC glue. We were very happy to have it resolved so quickly and easily.
