We had warm water, at best. We thought we may need a new water heater. We called ARS because they had installed the last water heater. All we needed was to have the thermostat replaced and the parts were under warranty!

I did not like my experience with them. They price was very bad.

Troy arrived at the scheduled appointment on time. Very professional. Neat appearance. Troy provided a very detailed overview of their company as well as the furnace and air conditioning options offered. Troy explained everything very well. Even though Troy left the appointment at 11:30, the furnace and air conditioner were completely installed the same day. The technicians were very proficient. Everything from the initial call to the company, to meeting with Troy and the installation went extremely well. The price charged by this company was about $1,000 less than another company quoted.

We have used this company before and that is why we went with them. The final cost was actually less than the estimate. As always they did really great work and that is all we asked for.

They were very professional through the entire process. They were very flexible with payments and time frame. They installed the new furnace in less than 2 hours. It was one of the best experiences I have ever had.

I thought they were overpriced and overcharged.

ARS has been our furnace and A/C company for 10 years. At the annual check up the repairman found a crack in the heat exchanger of the old furnace. There was a salesman riding with the repairman that day so he was immediately available to give us a proposal. This was on a Thursday and they offered to install the new furnace the next day, but we were not available. The installation was set for the following Monday, but when that day came it turned out that there had been a mix-up on the order so they missed that date and came on Tuesday. The only problem was that the weekend turned cold and we were afraid to run the old furnace so we went 4 days with no heat except our gas fireplace. We have been pleased with the new, two level furnace with the dual speed fan and the programmable thermostat.

They did a good job. They were very courteous.

Always prompt and nice people. They always put on the shoe covers when they come into the home. They seem to know a lot about old plumbing. The pricing is moderate to more expensive.

I wasn't very pleased with them. They didn't come when they said they would come. When they got here, the technician was on a personal call on his cell phone while he should have been working! He was on the phone for 15 minutes while on the clock! That's stealing company time, which makes me think he's dishonest. Then he tried to scare me into buying a new furnace. I didn't like the way he did it. He said I had carbon monoxide leaks, but I have a carbon monoxide monitor and it wasn't saying I had a leak. He told me my monitor was a piece of junk. He tells me that with the rate of carbon monoxide in my house, he would have to shut my furnace off. But the monitor I own wasn't registering anything and I tested it after he left, and it still didn't. I think he had a faulty monitor and I had a gut feeling he wasn't being honest.

First time we used the company and was extremely happy with the work they did. The service man who came out was extremely good, confident and friendly. They honored their estimated price. I plan on using them again in the future.

I think they re ok. I haven t had any issues with them. We ve used them for about 2 or 3 years now off and on for different things. I think they seem to be reliable and dependable. They are professional. It doesn t take them long to come out after calling. They seem to be on spot. It costs a little more.

They are very promote. They are very reliable in terms of heating. They showed up on time to do the work. They cleaned up everything when they were done.

Very well. Scheduling appointment was easy, service man was on time. Worked was performed quickly and efficiently. He even wore boot covers in the house!

The guy was very nice and he explained things. His quote was the middle of the three estimates we got from others. He said he would match the lowest but we decided to not go with them.

They came out and found that it ended up not being our water heater. They decided to look at our air conditioner and that is where they found the leak.

They where very quick to come out. They were in my opinion overpriced. They did good work and they work very hard. I would recommend them and use them again.

We have used them for years and their work has always been good. We had an instance that involved a lot of people where we had to get permits and dealing with county offices and they assisted with everything. Their follow up was very good, as well, they had to come back in the spring and re-grade and reseed. I would recommend them to others.

My husband would not renew the contract with them for so long if they were not a good company.

They're a very professional company. They came for a routine check up and did a great job. We also had a concern about our thermometer and he said it was 5 degrees off and he adjusted it at no cost. We were very pleased and he was very professional and respectful.

The servicing of the 2 A/C units went well. This company offers a senior citizen discount and great rates when contracted for on an annual basis.
