I don't know about the price but I know they did a good job. They're always very nice people and they're usually prompt.

The price was reasonable. I've used them for years since I've had the house. I have a maintenance agreement where they call me and come out. They do what they say they are going to do regarding service and minor repairs. I have always been pleased.

I have been using ARS for this service for several years no problems. Service tech Kirk Hutchinson was the best tech I have dealt with. He checked my ac and did a very professional job. Will request him again. Nice young man.

We have used them for many years to take care of my previous furnace and air conditioner. We have always gotten great service from them and we have never had a problem with them. They do our heating and AC and also plumbing. Our conditioner and furnace were 17 years old and it was time to replace them.

The first guy came out, and didn't do a great job, and even tried to hustle me for his personal business. I told ARS about it and they sent some guys to fix all the issues and take care of the work.

They were excellent. Other places wanted to charge me $1200 to $1500, so ARS gave me a nice deal with $900. They came out the next day and had it done in maybe two to three hours and everything seemed fine. The gentleman that I worked with, Curt ran the camera down and showed me everything. They worked with me on the payment and that was nice. I don’t know if they always did that but that went well. Then I got some estimates for other things that I am going to have them do as I can afford them. Curt said anything time I want anything, I can call him and he would get everything set up for me. It is always nice to have a point of contact when you are dealing with plumbing, which is an expensive proposition but they are much more in line than what the other company is. The two plumbers that came out, Bob and Daniel were both excellent.

NOT impressed. He said it would cost $971 to change out the tub spout/diverter and change those 2 faucet handles. Had me stressing the entire time he was here because he didn't think he could get the parts for this 'type' of tub. This house is 56 years old. He drove a really big nice truck (and said he didn't carry those 'types' of tub spouts/handles, he ONLY carries types that are in code now...the single knob that gets hotter when you turn it. I don't like those!?). But he TOTALLY had me stressing about the parts problem. I said, "can't I run to Lowe's and get one?" he said nooooo, can't find these anymore, he was in and out of the house, talking on his phone to someone back at the shop so-to-say, and I overheard both sides of a conversation that the tech was afraid to cut a new hole, because he didn't want to mess up our tile in the bathroom. He said "I'm not that good with tile. My drill doesn't do that well with tile" -- I hear the guy on the other end mention, "diamond tip"...he says back to him that he does have a diamond tip....so he makes sure to write it on the proposal that he won't guarantee anything with the tile. So I guess that meant if I paid him $1000 and he drilled a new hole and messed up our tile, that we'd have to pay $1000s more in tile repair. I just sat on a chair and begged the tech to leave, please, just leave. He argued back, "what was wrong with my service? are you unhappy with my service" and I'm just sicker than a dawg asking him to please just go (I paid them the fee for coming out - he did allow me to use a coupon for a couple dollars off). My husband came home after work, we went to Lowe's...there was an entire wall of tub spouts/diverters and all the parts for these tubs you can imagine. We bought the part for $21 (and $18 for a wrench), PB Blaster to remove the 50 years of rust and replaced it ourselves. As I said, I'm NOT impressed.

We use ARS for any appliance repairs because that is who our home warranty covers services through. They have been satisfactory.

I like that they show up when they say they do. They are always neat and clean and they never leave a mess behind.

The technician was on time, knowledgeable, and fixed the problem in under a half hour. I have used this company for over 10 years and they provide all my plumbing, heating, and cooling services. I highly recommend them.

They're available and they came out right away but they're a little pricey. It seems like they were trying to push some of their services. They were too much. They were punctual and seemed to do the job well and they pushed some services and I don't care for that particularly.

Staff and provider were all very helpful and kind

It went very smoothly except for having to get a few parts. They were given the wrong ones, but the order had the correct parts listed. This didn't prolong things very much. The men were friendly but worked very diligently and were very polite.

Evaporator and blower were really oversized for our condo. Installers really struggled to fit it in and had to rebuild the supply duct to make it fit. Unit would not switch to heating in the winter and had to be replaced (under warrantee). Variable speed drive is noisy (sounds like jet engine winding up) compared to fixed speed blowers. Speed was adjusted down, which helped at final speed, but it is still winy when starting and stopping. Had ducts cleaned, but they really didn't seem to need it. Ducts are flexible in this condo, so probably not a good idea to have cleaned. Noticed vapor barrier and insulation on ducts coming loose after the duct cleaning. One vent seems to have hose disconnected also. It is in a difficult to reach location in the attic. After 3+ years, system needed more freon. ARS found a small leak and refilled the system free of charge. That was a nice surprise. Repair technicians are always friendly and professional.

I made an appointment for an estimate on new air unit. On the day of the appointment they called and said they would be 1/2 hour late. Then they called and said they would be latter. Then with the last call they said they would need to reschedule. I rescheduled for the next day. ARS came and looked at my existing unit and took information. Did not get the estimate at that time or the next day. It was the following day he called back with the estimate. Although the price was lowered due to the inconvenience I have purchase from another company because if I am going to spend 8-10 thousand dollars on new heating and air-conditioning units I need to know they will be there to back it up if something goes wrong. Very nice but not punctual at all.

Went ok. Had to call them several times to come pick up the orange barrels and cones once they where done. But the work was good.

After scheduling the annual cleaning of my air conditioner, I noticed that the air conditioner wasn't running well. I kept the cleaning appointment rather than scedule a repair hoping the technician could take care of the problem. The technician looked the unit over and determined I needed a new condenser fan motor and I was very low on Freon. The technician stated my air conditioner should have 4 lbs of Freon and the unit had only 1.5 lbs. The technician advised me that finding and repairing a Freon leak could range in price from a minimum of $500, and the most common cause would be at the evaporator coil which could lead to a cost of $2000. The technician explained to me how the testing would be done for the Freon leak and showed me the price list for possible parts that might be need to be replaced. With the fan motor, I was looking at a repair cost ranging from $1000 to $2500. He also explained the difference between the 3 different high-efficiency models they had available and their price difference. I opted for a new SEER 13 model. The installation was scheduled for July 5, they contacted me on July 3 when they found they had time to do the work on that day if I was available. When the installers arrived, I showed them the location of the thermostat and indoor and outdoor units. They got to work immediately and showed me everything that was changed when they finished. The repair technician and installers were all prompt, kind, and easy to talk to. No messes left behind. I have had ARS service my furnace and air conditioner since they installed the last units 13 years ago. I have always been pleased with their service.

Showed up on time. Covered his shoes. Performed spring cleaning of heat pump according to my service contract. $$ were for two new filters to replace my dirty ones. Always happy with ARS's work. Friendly office people. Clean tech people.

Rick was on time, was friendly, polite and courteous. He was very neat and left no messes. Explained fully what needed to be done to fix my plumbing issues. His describing the work made me feel confident that he knew exactly what he was doing. I was satisfied with his work.

I assume that the price was competitive. I just thought, the guy was very knowledgeable, had a lot of experience. He came in, sized it up and knew exactly what to do and he did it. It was very good. We tried others and I had really had a bad experience. We had our boiler heater put in and that was very good but was not cheap either. They did a very good job. They are having a problem with the air conditioning now. I think their prices were competitive. They were a little late getting in here.

They were supposed to be here between 8-12. At 11, they called to say they were on their way. Showed up at 3 and didn't even have the proper materials.

The first people that came out made some mistakes and left a mess in my basement, but after some different ones came out the 2nd time, they repaired what was wrong and cleaned up the mess by the first guys that were out.

They did not put it in. I asked for a 10,000 BTU furnace, and they were saying it was okay. But when they shipped it out and while they were putting it in, I found out that it was 7,000 BTU. So, I went ahead and used it. And all along with that, it had a 10-year warranty in parts and service, and all that. It was purchased through Home Depot, so I had to get in touch with Home Depot. They required that ARS take the furnace out, because I called once in a cold spell and it wasn’t heating the house. They want a reengineer, so I called Train, Train says there is no way they ever touch it or reengineer anything. What it was, it was warming the room with fan full blast all the time. So, reluctantly, ARS came out and put a new furnace in. Then I’ve had no problems with it ever since. When they re-engineered it, it was only 9 months or 10 months old something like that, so their Sales wanted to add 2 years to my 10-year service warranty. But I would say they’ve been real good. I think they had somebody else took it over. I can’t really complain. Price at that time was average. In the last 6 months, their quality of service and responsiveness has been real good and terrific, but their answering service before they open is not the greatest.

We have switched to another company to do the work. They seemed more interested in scheduling the work than actually doing the work. One time they called me three times to schedule the same appointment even after I had set up the date on the first call.

I have been satisfied with their service. They come on time and do a good job.
