Very professional serviceman. He did a thorough job and didn't try to sell me on unnecessary parts.

It went well. They came out in April and they charged me to replace a part so I spent about $220 total.

They did a good job. We were happy. They were very quick and very quiet. They didn't bug me very much when I was home because I work at night at that time so sleep was important. They also got it fixed pretty quickly. We didn't have A/C at that time so they did a good job. What they quoted us is what they stuck with and what we paid for. They were also on time. They came at about 8 am and they stayed almost the whole day doing work. They were very professional and very courteous when I met them.

That was fine. They came out right after I bought the deal. There were no additional fees but of course they tried to up sell me and tried to issue a contract but it wasn't anything I was interested in. But it's apart of their business. I might have used them in the past for a similar checkup service. There were no issues since their recent service.

We had this service done and were told that it would last many years. However, several months later, our sink backed up again. They were going to charge us, but once I pointed out that they were doing the work on the same line, they covered it under the warranty.

Sump pump guy checked it and said I needed a new back up battery BECAUSE MINE WAS OVER 5 YEARS OLD! It was working fine except he still recommended I get a new one because of the age!! Pushed something I didn't need. A wire going to the battery needed replacing and he told ME how to order it and replace it. It didn't stop the battery from functioning however. Very unhappy to have him try to sell me something I didn't need and then not fix a problem I did have. Furnace guy cleaning went fine as far as I can tell. He then showed me the humidifier which had the outer cover duct taped where it had a crack. He said it was too old to get parts so I would need a new one. He then had a hard time replacing the cover and shoved it so hard that it caused it to break in several places, rendering the unit unusable. After he left I looked up on-line and found the cover needed easily. Again he tried to get hundreds of dollars out of me for something that could have been repaired. VERY unhappy again. I will never use ARS again.

The provider was contacted to plan and install all brand new PVC and HVAC. My husband agreed to cut and refill the cement in our basement to save money. ARS requested a 4x4 trench to be dug which is way more than necessary. The plumbing was off by a little on one of the reasons but Andy the supervisor and my husband were working out all the plumbing kinks. The issue mostly came from the HVAC side. Starting with ARS not drawing up blueprints, not knowing when ti cine, showing up multiple times without the property materials, getting cigarette bus tossed in our yard (though the error in their contract smoking its not allowed), being cussed out by a supervisor for "changing my mind constantly", even though it was him who could not remember from day to day where the vents were to be placed, they left homes where the vents were to go and refused to leave the vents to cover the hooks,, one was about 3ft x 2ft. I called corporate to try to resolve it and they sent Terry out to meet with me. He tried to force me to tell the bank that the work was complete and threatened me by leaving me a voicemail that he was golfing buddies with the president of the bank so if I didn't say that the work was complete he said he would make sure that the work would not be completed until we rendered payment. I called the bank and for to a supervisor, I played the message for them and the supervisor encouraged me not to sign the palette until the work was completed and to call an attorney. We eventually had to hire an attorney to get it resolved. Even after promising to leave the plumbing in place to compensate for the multiple HVAC mistakes made, Kerry ordered them to tear it out while we were not looking, even with the attorney there. We could have but didn't press charges. The cost was attorney fees at $2000 which ARS would not refund us for. We yet to have HVAC installed as companies now do not want to come behind and clean up the catastrophe that ARS left behind. In short ARS did not provide the service per the agreed contact, as eel as trying to force us to sign papers telling the bank the job was complete, before it was complete, left a horrid mess, that I had to clean up, and left us in the position where now we will have to pay someone much more money to do the HVAC, plus the attorney fees. The entire process was a nightmare and I would never recommend then to anyone.

The sink was replaced, but since then we notice that he put a crack in the pipe for the garbage disposal and did not inform us. We now have a leak there and have to get that resolved. We know that he created the leak because he put blue putty on the pipe.

I called at 8:45am and had service by noon. The job was completed and Richard went the extra mile to clean the sink and get the sprayer that was badly clogged working again. I appreciate the quick response and efficient service particularly since I had a bad experience with two other providers and a sink that had been unusable for four days. ARS will be my first call next time.

In the course of replacing our humidifier, ARS miswired our heating and A/C units so that when we turned on the air conditioning, both the heat and the air-conditioning turned on. The error was caught and fixed by Williams Comfort Air, whose workman wrote wrote that he "found wiring from humidifier to circuit board wrong & overlapping [,] causing heat & cool to run simultaneously. Rewired and cycled heat/cool." This service cost us $94, plus the inconvenience. We asked ARS to reimburse us for the cost of this error and for the inconvenience and frustration we incurred as a result of this error. They responded in a timely manner and agreed to pay the cost of the repair and offered a $50 sum towards our next repair. They responded the way good businessmen (and women) ought to respond. Case closed.

Tried to push a service package before he left which was irritating. Just ask if I am interested in hearing about it before giving me the sales pitch.

One technician came and snaked out our tub drain. He was quick and applied no pressure to purchase additional services. He left behind some mess on our carpet and stairs that I had to clean up before he left. Otherwise a very positive experience.

We ended up not needing the service, but someone did come out and do a thorough run through to see if he could locate a problem.

The work went well but there was a bit of a mixup in the office scheduling that the repair plumber did not know about. He was told a time different from what I had been told. Once I called them they fixed it immediately and sent the repair person out. His work was done very well. I just think the office portion was due to some communication errors. Not a big deal and I would use them again.

They did what we asked them to do. We were very glad they found another issue and made us aware of it. They did a great job! They came out right away and squeezed us into their scheduled. There were no additional fees associated with the Big Deal.

I used them through a big deal on Angie's List. It was fine. He came and did what he was supposed to do. He was very nice. They always seem to come, get busy and do their stuff. He explained what he was going to do and what he did. We talked about it. The work they did was good. After I bought the big deal, they called me right away and came on out. The price was very good. With regard to punctuality, he was there whenever he said he would be. Their professionalism was very good.

I was preparing for a Bridal Shower at my home on a Saturday morning. Noticed house was not cooling down. Called ARS and they came out to the house within 2 hours. The ARS repairman was very conscientious of the fact that I was having a party at my house in less than 2 hours. He was very careful not to track any dirt into the house while going in and out to fix the air conditioner. He had the air conditioner fixed quickly and working great. It was wonderful to call on a Saturday morning and have someone come out so quickly. I was also happy to see that they didn't charge a large fee because it was a Saturday. I will definitely use ARS again.

Darin did a wonderful job on our kitchen sink. He was knowledgeable, understanding and explained what he was doing. If we have drain problems again, we would call ARS and ask for Darin.

Went well. They spotted a problem in the old and did a good job of intalling a replacement.

I purchased a coupon from Angie's List because of problems with my disposal. I thought it might just be a clog. However, when the technician arrived and checked the disposal, he found the problem to be the disposal rather than a clog. The technician explained my options and after I decided to replace the disposal, he replaced it very, very quickly. The tech also checked for leaks, cleaned up and was ready to depart.

I purchased a $49.00 Angies coupon for pump inspection. Technician came the same morning I called. Pump was found to be leaking oil and needed replacement. Discussed multiple choices for equipment with technician who seemed very knowledgeable. He installed the unit we chose in about 2 hours. Coupon cost was deducted from the total and a 5% senior discount was applied.
