Description of Work: I HAVE HAD ARS ON A SERVICE CONTRACT BASIS FOR THE FIRST TWO YEARS I OWNED MY HOME. THEY REALLY NEVER DID ANYTHING TO MY SYSTEM. THEY AREN''T EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL. I DROPPED THE SERVICE CONTRACT LAST YEAR. TODAY, MY FURNACE WENT OUT. I CALLED ARS AND WAS TOLD THEY WOULD RETURN MY CALL BY 7:00. NO ONE CALLED. I CALLED ANOTHER COMPANY. THEY ARE SENDING SOMEONE OUT THIS MORNING. I CALLED ARS BACK AND TOLD THEM THAT I WAS GOING WITH THE OTHER COMPANY AND THAT THEY COULD DROP MY NAME FROM THEIR LIST OF CALL BACKS. THEY ASKED WHY. I TOLD THEM THAT IT WAS BECAUSE NO ONE CALLED ME BACK AS PROMISED. I WAS GOING TO RENEW MY CONTRACT WITH THEM. NOW...I''LL STEER CLEAR OF ARS. I ONLY GO WITH ANGIE''S TOP LIST AND ARS HAS A B RATING. THANKS!
