Description of Work: I had five drains cleaned one of which had been running slow for over a year. I had tried many cleaners in it and none helped. The technician cleaned out the traps on all the drains and got the slow one to work properly. They gave a four hour window to for the appointment (the usual). The technician called at 10 am to say he was on the way and would be there in about 45 minutes or so depending on traffic. It was almost two hours before he came. Still within the window, but I did expect him much earlier. When he arrived, he got to work immediately and everything went well.

Description of Work: Check and clean HVAC system twice a year; clean filters; anything else related to HVAC that I have questions or concerns about. Clean, efficient, and effective.

The total cost was $252.00, but with the coupon, it only cost me $52.00 - a great price for the work that was done !! I will definitely use them again even if I don't have a coupon !

Description of Work: They repaired the plumbing to our washing machine through a Big Deal. It was great and they were wonderful!

Description of Work: They were supposed to come to my home for a tune-up on my furnace. Nobody showed up at the appointment time. I called and someone told me they were running late and they told me that I was told to be home from 1-5 and they actually told me 1-4. They then told me someone would be at my house first thing in the morning and they weren't.

Description of Work: We have had yearly contract with ARS for years. When purchased rental property, a contract was signed for that residence with a/c and heater check and water heater drained and new rod installaed. Floor drain installed and water heater was raised so if water heater breaks, then floor drain would take residue rather than flooding the first floor of the residence.
