Flushed the water heater and checked the plumbing in the bathrooms and the kitchen.

They're good, I'm never left with a question.

Tech presented me for an estimate of additional $488 to repair the two toilets. In addition, he wanted $358 to repair a third that I had him look at. This was an insult and a total bait and switch! ARS and Angie's list seem to have conspired to use the "Big Deal" to provide "warm leads" to the company. While polite, I dismissed the technician from my residence swiftly and will no use either ARS OR Angie's List Big Deals going forward. It cost me $99 in addition to missing 3 hours of work and allowing for stress that I'll likely carry through the day....And the toilets still don't work!

It went pretty good. He did a good job.

First off the plumber had poor English and I had to repeat things several times. And he still never fully understood what I wanted done. I wanted some basic things done (for my $99 for $250 Angie's List coupon) like cleaning out my three bathroom sinks and to reattach the stopper. I was also interested in getting a better water flow from my bathtub faucet. Of course all he did was replace the faucet. After the fact, I have learned that a new faucet is $25 and takes about 15-20 minutes to replace. But he didn't do anything else. And he reported he was at my place for 1 1/2 hours which is not true.

I called in a service as the floater on my ejector pump was not working. It was discussed over the phone that they cannot give an estimate to fix unless they came and saw the problem, which was understandable and I agreed. The visit cost was 90 dollars. After the gentleman came, he peeked through the hole where the cables came out and shook the cables to get some toilet paper stuck over the floater to come off. He then charged me another 105 dollars as he explained that he had done some work to make the floater working again. So I paid him for that but if I did follow the exact protocol then he should have told me that it would take 100 dollars to literally shake the cable twice before he did it himself -- and I would have paid him the visitation only. I might have made a different decision if I had got an estimate. Anyway bottom-line -- professional company, good people but in my mind the spirit of customer service was absent. Will I use them again, maybe. If you use them, lookout for the pricing. In the past for similar situation, companies had charged me the visitation fee only when they literally didn't have to take a tool out of the tool box and left the premises under 10mins.

The technician that came out today was OUTSTANDING.....extremely knowledgeable, and definitely customer oriented. The service I received today is exactly the excellent service I have been used to for the past 40+ years. Great job ARS.....

They got the work done. The people were nice. They could have done a better job cleaning up. I wish they would have come back without me calling to look at the work that they did. The person who was over the project could have done a better job managing the overall project.

They did great work. The guy came in and picked old one away and cleaned up when he was done and also worked with wire in the pipe and the all duct work he did was really nice. He has put the furnace upside down and he had to run a brand new duct work out for my air return.

I bought a big deal for this service. They did a good job and I was satisfied with the work they did. I have not had any trouble since. They helped me work with the insurance company because I had an insurance company help pay for part of the cost. They talked to the insurance company with me on the phone. Other people in the neighborhood also had to have this done because the homes are all built in the 50's. I have used them for a number of other things. They charge a lot of money, more than I want to pay, but they do good work. I think everything you have done today costs more than it used to years ago. The quality of their work is good.

This last time, it turned out really well. It was all covered under our warranty that we have. They came out right away when we needed the help and I was glad to have them. Quickness of service would be the number one thing.

It turned out great. They did great work. I never had a problem with them. They are very professional. They also installed a furnace 11 years ago. I would use them in the future.

They were good. We have a home warranty and that is who they use. The guy we use is the one we have requested every time and he is very good. They show up on time and their workmanship is good. It is always $75 every time they come, so with the program I have, it is great. I have saved over $10,000 in just three years.

I like their service enough that I've used them since 1978.

They did a fantastic job. Unfortunately, after doing a free camera test through the pipes, we saw that over 90% of the pipes were completely filled with roots. I didn't hesitate to have them come out and do the big dig to repair all of the pipes out there. They did a great job, and everyone involved was fantastic.

We have used them for years. We are always happy with them. They have put two or three furnaces in two of our houses. They always have nice people who come out. We have had problems and they come back out and take care of them. Very congenial. They had broke a water pipe and they fixed it and the area where the water damage. They are just good. I've never been unhappy with it.

They seem to be fair in the price they charge. The workmen are always courteous and helpful. I just can't say enough about the people that come. It's one of the reasons I've stayed with them for so many years.

Our toilet, less than 15 years old, suddenly failed to recycle upon flushing?water ran continuously without filling the tank. Richard C, arriving the same day of call for service, quite ably diagnosed the problem and solution. Because our toilet was a Kohler using non-generic parts, he returned with the needed parts the following afternoon, completing the work within a very short time. We were impressed with his explanation of what needed to be done and why, and the quality of his service installing the new parts. We?ve used ARS exclusively for a variety or needs and project during our 3+ years residing at this home. I cannot imagine ever needing or using any other service company for heating-air conditioning and plumbing needs.

It went very, very well. They came in late Saturday night & to replace the motor, but did not have the right motor. They put it in a temporary one, so I would have heat for the weekend. They came back today at no charge to put in the permanent motor.

Kevin was very good explained what he was going to do and cleaned up after himself. High level of professionalism. Initially was not going to honor the angie's list coupon but eventually did after calling and checking with main office. I would use him again.
