INITIALLY,THOUGHT THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. I WASN'T HOME TO SUPERVISE. COUPLE WEEKS LATER I NOTICED A PUDDLE IN MY LIVING ROOM. DUE TO FREQUENT OUT OF TOWN TRAVEL WASN'T ABLE IMMEDIATELY GET UP ON ROOF TO DETERMINE CAUSE OF LEAK. UPON OBSERVATION OF MY ROOF NOTICED SOME PUNCTURES IN COUPLE PLACES UNDERNEATH THE WINDOW THEY ACCESSED TO PULL EQUIPMENT THROUGH. I CALLED BACK TO ASK IF IT WAS POSSIBLE THEY WERE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE HOLES AND THE OWNER INSISTED THAT THERE WAS NO WAY THEY WERE ON MY ROOF. UNLESS SOMEONE KNOWS HOW TO FLY OR HAS 8 FT ARMS, THERE IS NO WAY THEY COULD ACCESS THE UPSTAIRS(TO ACCESS THE ATTIC)WITHOUT TOUCHING THE ROOF UNDER THE DORMER WINDOW. SINCE I WASN'T HOME TO OBSERVE THEM AND VIDEO TAPE THEIR EVERY MOVE, I DON'T HAVE ABSOLUTE PROOF THEY WERE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE HOLES. UNLESS SOMEONE ELSE HAS BEEN JUMPING ON MY ROOF, I HAVE NO OTHER EXPLANATION FOR THE PUNCTURES IN MY SHINGLES.

Technicians added several inches of insulation in attic and did an especially good job in covering our existing heating/cooling lines.

Technician did NOT return my calls to schedule the estimate; he arrived when I wasn't available; since he hadn't talked to me or seen the inside of the house, he didn't know what I wanted.

BRIAN GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE ON 4/17 GOOD FOR 60 DAYS, BUT HE HONORED IT BEYOND THAT TIME, WORKED EFFICIENTLY, AND CLEANED UP ALL AREAS, INCLUDING MY DRIVEWAY. THEY RETURNED OUTSIDE FURNITURE TO ORIGINAL LOCATIONS. THEY WERE VERY POLITE AND EAGERLY ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS. SINCE I'M GETTING A NEW FURNACE & A/C, I WAS CONCERNED ABOUT ATTIC INSULATION BEING SUFFICIENT. CLAY WENT INTO THE ATTIC TO CHECK EXISTING MATERIALS AND AGREES THAT I NEED MORE. HOWEVER, WHEN TALKING WITH HIM ABOUT MY CONCERNS ABOUT SOME RECESSED LIGHTING AND WIRING IN THIS OLDER HOME, HE ENCOURAGED ME TO HAVE A QUALIFIED ELECTRICIAN INSPECT EVERYTHING BEFORE I MAKE THE DECISION TO ADD ATTIC INSULATION. I APPRECIATE THEIR HONESTY AND PROFESSIONALISM AND WILL HIRE ALL SEASONS WHEN I AM READY TO ADD INSULATION.

Very pleased with the service. Estimator and work crews were both punctual.

They were very good. One of the fellas put his foot through my living room ceiling. They were very embarrassed and apologetic. Within a week they had drywall people here that patched it for me. They were very clean. They work was better than it was before. They returned my call the next day. They were here within a few days. Everything went really well.

I called the company on a Tuesday, they came to give an estimate on Thursday and did the job on Friday. Everyone that we dealt with was very professional and on time. They blew the insulation in through the garage and the work site was probably cleaner when they left than when they arrived. You would never have known anyone was there.

Overall, a positive experience, though there were some glitches the day the actual work was done. There was some confusion about the actual time-morning or afternoon-they had told me they'd arrive to do the work. Then when they arrived, they initially said it wouldn't be possible to gain entry to the attic area (trap door in a bedroom) through the bedroom window as the estimator had said. Eventually they worked it out, but it caused a delay in the start of the work, while more hosing was delivered from Plainfield to reach the window. The workers were polite, hard-working, and cleaned up area well after finishing their job.

I don't know too much about insulation, but I think they did a good job. They were also very neat and clean.

They were on time, polite, quick, efficient, and left the area relatively clean.

ON TIME, CLEAN UP AFTER SELF. POLITE WORKERS. FAIR AND REASONABLE PRICE.

Two workers came and completed the job in less than 1 day. They were very courteous and did a good job of ensuring a tidy job. There was snow on the ground, so they had to work extra hard to make sure they did not get anything in the house wet from the tube that was used to blow the insulation from the truck through a window and then to the attic. They laid down a lot of plastic before they started. They put what looked like a mountain of cellulose into the attic. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent. Brian arrived punctually at scheduled time for estimate and thoroughly evaluated the area involved and the requirements. The team that actually did the job was personable, thoroughly prepared to do the job, recognized potential special problems, explained everything they were going to do, and did the work in a professional manner with minimal interference with our usual activities. Following completion, the leader made certain that there was no mess and that all the details and any future attic requirements were understood by us. Our experience gave us a even higher regard for the Angie's List. We highly recommend this team.

Every thing went as expected. I did not crawl around the attic to check to see what was there before, nor what it looked like after All Seasons added insulation. Based on your recommendation and a personal recommendation of a friend, I trust that the work was done as was contracted for. If I find out differently, you can be sure that you as well as All Seasons will hear from me. I had no knowledge of insulation, so having your recommendation greatly increased my comfort level when attempting to contract to get this work done.

Brian arrived on time, neatly dressed. Answered all my questions fully. I caught a strange condescension in his attitude, however; in discussing other potential insulation, said "I just can't work with flat roofs like that. You need a different kind of roof so I can get in there to insulate it." As if that were an option! And if it were, am I to change the design of my house to make his job more convenient? The competing bid (Goshert's, whom I hired) noted the challenges of the design, but offered creative ways of solving the problem to meet my needs. Between that and nearly 25% premium on the foam job, I went with the other bid.

I RECOMMENDED THEM TO MY DAUGHTER AND FRIENDS. VERY RESPONSIVE AND COURTEOUS.

Brian was able to come out quickly, which was appreciated. He was very professional and did not try and sell me something I didn't need. He looked at the areas we were concerned with and gave us some options to consider. He also gave us some ideas that we could do ourselves, rather than paying to have it done. He was never pushy or giving us a sales pitch. In fact, he really just gave his advice and told us to call him when we wanted to have the work performed. I would call him first if we decide to proceed with the project.

Jim Van Slyke was flexible scheduling the time/date to perform the estimate and very punctual to arrive at the appointed time. He provided several options to achieve maximum heating and cooling value with reasonable prices. The installation crew arrived later than expected (on the specified date) but completed the job in a timely fashion. Crew worked diligently/professionally with excellent workmanship resulting in a very neat and well installed product. When Jim is busy he isn't the easiest person to contact but perseverance pays off with a satisfied customer who would recommend his company to anyone.

THE TECHNICIAN, CHRIS, WAS REAL PLEASANT. I HAVE RECOMMENDED THEM TO SOME OF MY NEIGHBORS.

I JUST FEEL THAT THIS COMPANY IS A LITTLE TOO BUSY RIGHT NOW TO HELP ME OUT.

BRIAN VANSLYKE CAME OUT. HE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND PROFESSIONAL. ESTIMATES WERE $1349 FOR ATTIC OVER HOUSE AND GARAGE AND $1089 FOR CRAWL SPACE. I HAVE A 1400 SQUARE FOOT HOME. ESTIMATE SEEMED EXTREMELY HIGH, SO I DID NOT CHOOSE THEM. HOWEVER, THE COMPANY WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, PUNCTUAL AND HELPFUL.

MY HUSBAND TALKED W/BRIAN, AND DECIDED NOT TO HIRE ALL SEASONS DUE TO THE FACT THAT THEY WERE TWO WEEKS RETURNING OUR CALLS, AND BRIAN ACTED LIKE HE WAS NOT VERY INTERESTED IN DOING OUR JOB.

THEY SHOWED UP IN UNIFORM. NICE PRESENTATION. THEY DID A QUOTE ON LETTERHEAD.

I WAS WARNED THAT IT MIGHT TAKE A FEW DAYS FOR BRIAN TO CALL ME BACK. HE CALLED A FEW DAYS LATER AND ASKED SOME QUESTIONS OVER THE PHONE. HE DID NOT WANT TO COME AND GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE, AS HE THOUGHT THERE WOULD BE NOTHING TO DO AS THE GARAGE WAS SUPPOSEDLY INSULATED ALREADY(BUT VERY COLD!) I CALLED ANOTHER ANGIE'S LIST MEMBER WHO CAME FOR ESTIMATE ON TIME AND WAS VERY HELPFUL. I WILL BE USING HIM.
