 + -1 moreTHE OWNER WAS VERY POLITE WHEN HE RETURNED MY PHONE CALLS, AT FIRST. HOWEVER, AS WE TRIED TO ARRANGE FOR AN ESTIMATE FOR THE JOB TO BE DONE, I WAITED FOR A CALL. WHEN HE DID NOT ARRIVE FOR THE WORK TO BE DONE, I CALLED HIM AND LEFT TWO MESSAGES. I WOULD THINK IF HE WAS NOT GOING TO ARRIVE FOR A JOB, HE SHOULD AT LEAST PHONE. IN EITHER SENSE, IF THERE WAS A MISUNDERSTANDING, I WOULD HAVE THOUGHT THAT I WOULD HAVE BEEN CALLED BACK FROM THE PHONE CALL I MADE. EVEN THOUGH I HAD SEVERAL OTHER JOBS TO BE DONE, I WOULD NEVER USE ANYONE WHO BREAKS AN APPOINTMENT WITHOUT EVEN A PHONE CALL. AS A BUSINESS OWNER MYSELF, I SEE THIS AS THE PINNACLE OF UNPROFESSIONALISM.

 + 1 moreREID WAS A DELIGHT TO HAVE IN OUR HOME. IF HE COULDN'T GET HERE WHEN PROMISED, HE ALWAYS CALLED. HE IS METICULOUS ABOUT HIS WORK AS WELL AS CLEANING UP AFTER HE IS DONE FOR THE DAY. HE EVEN PICKED UP SOME LIGHT BULBS ON ONE OF HIS TRIPS TO THE HARDWARE STORE BECAUSE HE HAD NOTICED THAT THE ONES IN THE LAMPPOST IN OUR FRONT YARD WERE BURNED OUT OR BROKEN! WE WILL DEFINITELY HIRE REID AGAIN.
