Description of Work: The level of service from Kirby overall has been outstanding!! | |We had Kirby install a new A/C unit and coil at our home in September 2013. They were recommended by a neighbor/friend. | |After the initial quote was accepted, they came back in just a few days and installed the unit, coil and new lines. All of the work was completed as promised. The technicians were friendly and knowledgeable and did good quality work. | |Given that we had it installed near the end of the season, we didn't really use it much until the next season. During the summer of 2014, we noticed that the house didn't seem to be as cool as it should be. We called them out and they came within a day or so and looked at it. After checking it out, the technician explained to me that the manufacturers recommended freon levels are sometimes too conservative. He added a little extra freon and told me to call them back if I didn't see an improvement. Well, after another month or so, we called them back because it still wasn't working to our satisfaction. They were at the house the next day. The technician went through the system thoroughly and realized that the new coil was configured incorrectly for the A/C unit. It needed a different piston than what came in it from the factory. He came back the very next day and made the necessary repair. Both service calls were at NO CHARGE! | |The weather has since cooled off so we haven't used it since the repair, but I have no doubt that if we are not satisfied with the performance of the unit they will make it right. | |A great experience overall and I would highly recommend them! |

+ -1 moreTHEY ARE VERY FRIENDLY, OUTGOING PEOPLE WHO GO THE EXTRA MILE. IT'S MY UNDERSTANDING THEY ONLY SERVICE HENDRICKS COUNTY.
Description of Work: OUR FURNACE HAD STOPPED WORKING AND WE CALLED AT 8 PM. SINCE WE HAD SPACE HEATERS WE HAD THEM COME OUT THE NEXT MORNING. THE FURNACE WAS OVERLOADING OUR CIRCUIT BREAKER SO THEY RAN NEW WIRING FROM THE FURNACE TO THE FURNACE BREAKER PANEL.
