Excellent work! Great attention to detail and fast! Done in one day.

Two workmen completed the job in about five hours including discussing and pricing the additional downspout with us. The wood replacement was left open and the cost was added on to the bill when the job was complete.

I have high pitched roofs in certain areas and the water was going over, plus the initial installation was sloppy and the gutters were too low. Fields did a good job. They changed everything.

I didn't have any problems with any leaks on my roof before they put the gutters on my home. After they left the snow started melting and I noticed leaks from the roof to my ceiling and down my back porch on my new freezer. I called to inform them of the leaks and they said I needed a new roof but also said they'd send someone out to repair the leaks for me and no one ever came out or called me. I had a friend put a tarp on the roof to try to stop the rain, but they still need to come out and fix the problem.

The job went well, from the estimator, to the office lady, to the men who did the work. The job was professional, clean, and quick.

Given the amount of work they had from a previous hail storm, they got to the job relatively quickly. The day before they came, I called to see if we needed to turn off our alarm system since no one would be at home. I was told that they have never had a problem with alarms. When my wife came home that day, the alarm was sounding and the police had been called. She was able to call off the police and silence the alarm. After they finished the work, we discovered that they had trimmed several large branches from a tree that were touching the gutter. Tree trimming had not been mentioned in the estimate nor had they told my wife about this when she arrived. They left the removed branches on the deck when they finished. I called to complain about the branches left behind and they offered to come back and remove them. They removed some of the branches but told me that there were already some branches on the deck when they started and those were left on the deck.

They were very professional and easy to work with. They did a good job.

Never received a call back to schedule work and it has been over 6 weeks.

The original estimate was given in May after the hail storm. I anticipated a lengthy delay due to the extensive damage throughout the city. Frank Fields spoke to my father via long-distance phone call several times, as my father was acting as my representative. After a phone call in July, I was advised that I could expect the work to begin mid-August, but never received a phone call. After waiting until mid-October to follow-up, it was apparent that my paperwork had been misplaced and they had forgotten about the job. I was advised that the work would begin the following week, and I asked for a phone call the day prior to the job starting. The job was started on Monday, but without a call from their office. The crew was friendly, explained what they were doing, and cleaned up daily. Frank Fields phoned three times to follow up.

When the estimator called I asked him what he saw when he looked at the roof. He responded that he didn't get on a ladder, he just viewed the area from the ground. His written bid was to replace the piece of gutter in the area in question. However, the gutter was fine, it was 2 roof tiles that had been chewed (by a squirrel?) that had caused the problem. Had I just replaced the gutter, I would have paid more and still had a leak.

THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND PROMPT, AS WELL AS COURTEOUS. THE PRICE WAS IN LINE WITH OTHER ESTIMATES I RECEIVED.

Quite prompt in getting to me for estimate. Work on project delayed six weeks because of the company's workload due to the hail damage. Understood this but had to keep asking for updates from company. After one day of working, project was delayed a week because they didn't order enough materials. They left a few gutter nails in the yard that my mower kicked out. In all, took two days to complete the project. They actually did more than I thought they would, i.e. covering wood fascia boards and trim down to windows so I have almost zero maintenance. The quality of the work is excellent and I'd recommend the company based on the quality of work and price. But caution on customer service and responsiveness.

They did an excellent job, showed up on time, and got everything done quickly. I'd recommend them to everyone!

Contacted Fields as one of 3 companies called to provide estimate on gutter replacement. They were very professional and provided estimate when they said they would. At this time, it was hard finding companies that even had the time to come out to do estimates. While I didn't end up using Fields for the job, they came in with a very competitive estimate and would definitely consider for future jobs and recommend to family / friends.

The job was quoted right away, but I had to call several times to get the work scheduled. The company explained that they had a backlog following the recent hailstorms. The work was completed within one day, and the quality was excellent.

MIKE PROVIDED A QUICK COMPETITIVE QUOTE. WORK CREW SHOWED UP TIMELY, DID WORK AND CLEANED UP GOOD. HAD POST JOB ISSUES AND MIKE WAS TIMELY TO PROVIDE THE PROPER SOLUTION.

Everything was great. They did a great job and are very nice people. They did exactly what we wanted them to do and it looks really great.

The person that answered the phone was very helpful and understanding and even encouraged me to stay the course with the other company I had the contract with an assured me that if anyone could do the work sooner, the work would not be very good. They assured me that the contracted company was a great one and to be patient. She had a great sense of humor.

They called me earlier and told me they ran into a problem with a board and said they will be able to fix the problem. They will also be adding a piece to return tomorrow. They also gave me a quote. I am really pleased with their work. This is the second time I've used them. They do what they say and their price is reasonable.

Good, work was done as promised in a timely fashion.

LOVE THEM! WOULD HIRE THEM FOR EVERYTHING! From the first call to get a quote, I had a great feeling! Quickest service I have ever received! Would rate them higher than A if it were possible.

I CAME HOME FROM A MEETING TO FIND TWO GENTLEMAN, WHO HAD REMOVED THE GUTTER AND GUTTER COVER, THEY WERE VERY PLEASANT AND WORKED STEADILY. THE WORK WAS COMPLETED BEFORE DARK, 2/25/06. I DIDN'T HAVE ANY NOTICE THEY WERE COMING, BUT FROM PROPOSALS COMPLETION WAS LESS THEN 2 WEEKS.

THEY CAME OUT AND REMOVED THE OLD GUTTERS/DOWN SPOUTS, THEN INSTALLED THE NEW GUTTERS/DOWN SPOUTS. I INSPECTED THEIR WORK, ASKED THEM TO MAKE A MINOR CHANGE OR TWO, AND THEY GLADLY TOOK THE TIME TO MAKE THOSE CHANGES. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE WHO NEEDED ANY KIND OF GUTTER REPLACEMENT/REPAIRS.

THEY WERE VERY QUICK TO GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE, AND GAVE ME AN ACCURATE TIMEFRAME.

THIS WAS A SURREAL EXPERIENCE. THEY'RE REALLY NICE PEOPLE, SHOWED UP PROMPTLY, LISTENED TO MY PROBLEM, GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE, AND CAME RIGHT OUT AND DID SOME WORK. WHEN THEY'D FINISHED, HOWEVER, I HAD EXACTLY WHAT I HAD BEFORE THEY STARTED, ONLY IN A NEW COLOR. THEY HADN'T SOLVED THE PROBLEM AT ALL, BUT HAD WORKED VERY HARD AT SWAPPING OUT WHITE FOR GREEN. SO, THEY CAME OUT THE OTHER DAY AND ADDED WHAT LOOKS LIKE THE SAME SORT OF GUTTER COVERS I'VE HAD ON IT BEFORE THAT DIDN'T WORK, BUT I'LL RESERVE JUDGMENT FOR A FEW MONTHS UNTIL WE SEE HOW IT GOES. $450 SEEMS REASONABLE FOR REPLACING GUTTERS, BUT SINCE THE PURPOSE OF REPLACEMENT WASN'T REALLY ADDRESSED, YOU MIGHT SAY THAT $450 ISN'T VERY REASONABLE FOR ADDING 16 FEET OF GUTTER COVERS THAT I COULD HAVE DONE MYSELF.
