Excellent communications, fair pricing, prompt service, very nice installation, no damage or trash left behind.

They were very nice. The quality of work was not was not up to my standard. There were a couple placed that needed touched up. I did contact them and they said they would make it right.

Did a great job; responsive and easy to work with. They even painted the soffits although they didn't contract for that. I appreciated it a lot!

Overall, quite well. They were responsive to our needs and scheduled our job for soon after we chose them. We had some fascia board repairs that were needed and they did them as part of the job; others from whom we received estimates wanted us to get a carpenter out to do it. The crew was pleasant and agreeable to how we wanted things done and did a generally good job. They forgot to seal one end of one gutter, but the company was happy to come back out to make that right.

Fantastic. The communications were great. They showed up very promptly for the work and did an outstanding job with the installation. No damage to our plants/ shrubs etc. No mess. These guys did a first class job. I would highly recomend them.

What they did was fine, but it seemed like they had to come back a couple of times to get the job completed. If I remember right, they made good on what they said they would do, it just took a little effort on my part to get them to do it. They were prompt to respond initially then they came out and did part of the work but it was a long time between when they started and when they finished up. It was around several weeks and it is not like they had to order parts or anything.

They were very professional and got everything up very quickly. The job was performed exactly as they described it. The gutters have worked very well for us.

He was very personable and seemed trustworthy. He worked very efficiently. I had gotten different estimates and found his to be the best. I was very pleased with his work. He was excellent.

I called Fields Gutter and Siding on 11/13 for a minor downspout repair. Mr. Fields did call me back that day, but without even seeing the downspout he said it would be a minimum of $295.00 to fix it. The downspout is less than 2 years old but had become disconnected when our deck was replaced. We wanted a professional to do the work but we chose not to go with Fields.

Quickly provided an estimate and performed the work the following week. Very professional. Identified a flashing problem which was the root cause of the damage. Completed work in one day. I was very happy with the job and service provided.

They came out and repaired a minor problem with my gutter covers--one had been pushed out, probably by a squirrel, and they came out and repaired it for free.They were the ones to originally install the gutters.

They were available to help us as soon as we called them and were here within a couple of weeks. They were real quick and did a very good job for me.

Our gutters were in very bad shape as were parts of the soffits. Fields replaced and repaired the entire system and they look great now. The job was done quickly and efficiently with no delays. The crew did a fine job and cleaned up completely afterward. The office staff was very friendly and helpful and gave me lots of information and help. I would recommend this company with no reservations.

We had a small problem with the gutter in the garage but they came out and fixed it right away.

They also put roof flashing all around the house.

They promptly came to do the estimate the day (Friday) after I called, and were able to do the job on Monday which was important, since my back roof was open since the whole gutter/board had fallen off. Their estimate was the middle estimate. And they also suggested adding a 2nd downspout on the back to allow more water to drain quicker, thus reducing the weight, which might have been the cause of it falling off. They were also able to match the grey very well to work with the house trim.

As this was a small project, we were worried that no one would even want to do the job and that if someone would take the job that we would have to pay an outrageous price. I contacted Fields Gutter by e-mail and explained what I wanted. They came out and gave us an estimate, we faxed the estimate back stating that we wanted them to do the job and that we also wanted the gutters to be green to go with the rest of the gutters on the house. Approximately a week and a half later, they showed up and did the work requested (completing the job in the rain). Excellent all the way around.

Work was preformed in 3 days of my go ahead. Lady in the office was very helpful and friendly. Installers were very helpful and professional. Finished job looks great! Everything was smooth and done right. I am very happy and WILL use again!

Went very well. Were able to schedule when I wanted, were on time and were done in a timely fashion.
