It was very good. They did a super job. There was only one little problem much later on and they came right out to fix it.

Everything went as scheduled

I called them, and they came out and gave an estimate. I called them back and asked for a couple of changes to be made even though their estimate was very competitive price-wise. They showed up and did the work quickly. It looks really nice. We haven't had any rain to see if everything is going to function right, but I am guessing it will. Their professionalism in addressing any questions or concerns was very good.

Fields was a subcontractor used by the company that put on my new roof several years ago. During the recent rainstorms of April 2013, I became aware that the rain was backflowing into my crawlspace. I called Fields to ask that they modify the direction of the downspout to ensure the rain wound not backflow into the crawlspace. The installer called to make sure we had communicated correctly the direction of the downspout & when I asked how payment would be made [ by statement or was he leaving the statement]; he told me "no charge", just to tell my neighbors about their work and customer satisfaction. I was floored to say the least, the roof & gutters had been put on @ least 3 if not 4 years ago. I can recommend this company to everyone. Customer satisfaction is #1 in the book!

They showed up on time with the proper materials and finished promptly. No mess, no problems

It went good. He came out and looked, gave me an estimate. He even had a color chart that we looked at and chose the color. He had to come back because of the ice, but he was back within the week. The job was very neat and all cleaned up; it didn't even look like anyone had been there.

Worker crew showed up on date scheduled and completed job in one day as estimated. Excellent and considerate worker crew. They did a good job on clean up. We have already recommended Fields to others.

Overall, the experience was good. The gutter covers work really well, and keep the leaves out of my gutters. I remember that I thought the color wasn’t quite right, but they were really nice about it and explained to me that they only had about five different colors, so the covers couldn’t match exactly with my gutters. They even provided a discount. Anytime I’ve called, someone answers the phone and they do return phone calls. They’ve been responsive. About a month ago, they came out to inspect a few gaps that have formed between the gutter covers and gutters; now I just need them to fix the gaps. I’ll call them today to find out when they’ll be able to repair them. It’s a good company!

Overall I would highly recommend Fields. I did not get a competitive quote so I can't judge their pricing but I was impressed with the quoting process and their response when I called the office. When I called to give the go ahead, they really displayed great customer service and confidence, given I did not know them.

Came out promptly for estimate. Kept me informed of delay. Did a great job at a fair price. Helped refer me to someone else with an an other problem I had with a downspout that involved digging, this latter job being work that they didn't do themselves. I would definitely call them again.

They gave me a quote and they came out and replaced my gutters and I was not even there. They cared to work fine. I did not have any opening issue at all sense. I left for work and when I came back it was all done. I just found a couple of nails in the yard but that was it.

They did a very good job and I had no complaints. He had a special on Angie's List. I wouldn't hesitate to call them back again and I would recommend them. They were very cordial and respectful. I never met him and I just talked to him on the phone. He returned my call right away. It was a little job and I was very satisfied.

A delivery truck damaged a corner of my gutter. The company told me to get some estimates to get it repairedand they would take care of it. Fields was the only company I could find that would do a small repair job.They said their minimum charge was $260.00. I had them do it. Actually, they replaced a run of about 30 feetof gutter including the damaged corner and a little bit of damaged gutter. It looked like that was the easiestand cleanest way to do it.They did a good job and hauled away the old gutter.I submitted the bill and was reimbursed in full.

They were awesome to work with. They dropped off a color selection sample and I had a hard time choosing a color. I talked several times on the phone asking what color I should choose. They were happy to explain what was normally done and they look great. I had one place in the valley where a stop was installed so rain wouldn't wash over the sides. I didn't like the way it looked and they came out quickly and adjusted it. I am very pleased with their service, thinking about calling and get a siding estimate.

The job went very well.. After a couple of weeks the job was complete. If I have any other gutter work to be done I would hire them.

They were subcontracted by another company. As we went through the winter into the spring season, we noticed that there was a drainage issue on one part of the roof and water was sitting in the certain area. They came back time and time and time again until they got it fixed. They never gave us a hard time. They wanted to make sure that it was done correctly and everything was done right. They did a great job.

Worked with me on options for downspouts and then once we decided, they were here within a week, completed the job in 2 hours, cleaned up the site and left with no problems. Called me the next day to be paid and accepted a credit card. Estimate was the lowest of 3 and seemed like a great price.

They called one day to schedule the estimate, came out the next to do the estimate. Did the job a couple days later. Fast and professional

Based on their responsiveness, professionalism and pricing, we plan to have them re-evaluate all of our guttering in the future.

We had wonderful interactions. No wonder they have years of great reports!

This was the second time I've used Fields. They came out replaced the gutters on my front porch before (which was not a pleasant job since the porch roof is about twenty-five feet in the air), and I was real happy about their work. They even found a carpenter to fix some rot on the fascia when I couldn't track one down myself who was willing to do the job. Anyway, I called Fields for this job after I saw the downspouts leaking on both sides of my house where the downspout meets the old box gutters. One was leaking pretty bad. The other one was just leaking a little bit. Fields told me it'd be $245 to fix one, or $265 to fix both (they have a minimum charge on work). I elected to fix both. They came out and installed the forty feet of total downspout promptly. No leaks and they look good.

I contact Fields Gutter & Siding by internet for a free estimate. I rec'd a quick response with a date they would be out. The gentleman called before he arrived on the day I was told he would be there. The office kept me updated that the items would have to be ordered, which I was told at the time of the estimate, and then I was notified that scheduling the job was hard due to all the rain but hope they would be out next week which they were. I was not notified of the actual day they came out but they did show that week and did a great job and the men were very nice.

Fields Gutter & Siding Inc came and did the work before I could even get back to my house. The work looks very nice. There was no mess. The guttering they installed is doing a great job in getting the stuff I want out of the gutters. It was very convenient.

Everything was satisfactory. I've been using their services for years, and they are always very responsive and professional.

There were prompt, professional, and there was no high-pressure. They were fine, but they did not do any work. The estimate was for about $2700. I found an Angie's List article in one of the magazines on another service provider, and I chose to use them.
