+ 0 moreDuo water is very responsive. My water heater exploded in the middle of the night and i woke up to a soaked floor. The owner came out personally while his employee Brian Alexander installed the water heater. The install took no time at all and I no more waterfall from my broken water heater. They hauled away the old water heater and two years later, we haven't had a single problem! We also use duo water for our water softner and have never had an issue! I really can't recommend this company enough for what they specialize in! Request Brian, he is a true professional and extremely courteous and professional!

They recently replaced our first water softener that had reached the end of its life with a new model. We had some set-up woes in getting it adjusted correctly, but they were very persistent and finally managed to get it dialed it. Great company to work with.
