He didnt do anything. He said he'd return to complete the job, but he never did.

Their price was competitive. They were good. I liked the guy. He was courteous and on time. I had a good impression of him. He cleaned scum behind him. He did what I wanted him to do and did it on time. He knew what he was doing. I would recommend him and I would use him again next time.

They did a good job. They were quick and responsive which was great, but I wasn't there when they did it. There was no damage or problem with our septic tank, and the price was reasonable.

Called Danny's Septic after referred by Cornwell & Sons Plumbing. No problem with the septic, just needed to make sure tank was serviced. Called and arrived the next day to locate tank and remove sewage. Tank clean out was located under wood deck so was not able to complete sewage removal on 1st trip. After I located the tank clean out and installed a trap door Danny's Septic promptly returned and serviced the tank. Evan was very professional and timely with his service. Will definitely use him again.

Our appointment was at 9 am but Evan called and told me he was a little behind and arrived at the time he specified. He was very friendly and helpful in addressing any issues we had with our septic tank. He also suggested getting the tank pumped every 4-5 years and didn't insist every year, when others in the business do. I felt he was experienced and wasn't trying to make a buck in unnecessary services. He also sold us a Rid X type of product to use in our system and he didn't try to push it in his sale, in fact he only mentioned it after I asked. I felt like he was honest and would use their service again.

Really nice man that called to say he was running a little late, actually in part because it was a new home for us and the address is a little tricky and needs a bit of explaining that I didn't do. He did call and apologized when he got there. He was knowledgeable and friendly. Let me know how the tank looked to him and gave me pointers on taking care of a septic tank and when we should have it pumped again which was longer then I thought! Great Company!

They were great. His truck broke down and he couldn’t get to me for two days, but he called me and kept me well informed. Their price is excellent. The first time they came out they had to dig up half of my yard by hand, and they did it in a snow storm! I have been pretty impressed with them.

Answered phone at the time of call. Very courteous and was able to schedule next day service even though it was not an emergency. Did not show up on the scheduled day but called and left message that evening that heavy rains had caused emergency calls that needed immediate attention. Came out the next day and completed the job. I will use him again.

Evan worked around my schedule and showed up on time, when it was convenient for me. Very courteous and knowledgable. Price was more than fair. I had a plumber earlier in the week show up and misdiagnosed my problem. Evan took the time to investigate my plumbing problem and help diagnose the problem (something two plumbers couldn't figure out). This is the type of company you want to be successful. Great experience.

They are hard workers and provide good service. Good service is hard to come by and I appreciate that they gave me good service.

He comes out when I call him. He is prompt and very careful with my yard. He knows where to park and where to clear my lines because my lines lay really low. He never leaves a mess behind.

We called them multiple times and he said that he would come out but didn't. Then he would come out without me knowing not leaving a note. Finally he called a plumber out to sound out the septic tank, even though it was right where I thought it was. He couldn't get his truck through so I had to cut down some limbs and even remove a gate. Because his truck was so big it wouldn't even fit through the 8 foot gate. At that point he told me that I would have to get my fence removed to do the work so I gave up and used another company.

I chose him over the others since he could provide service on Saturday morning. He did not come nor call on Saturday. He then came out Sunday morning and told me he could not find the septic tank, even though someone was home to tell him where it was. Someone in my house called me and said he could not locate it so I called him to tell him where to locate it. I left work within the hour to assist him, but when I got home he had already left. I had to contract someone else to not only identify it, but undercover the septic tank. I called and told him the septic tank was uncovered. He came on Monday and drained the septic tank which took about an hour. He provided me with an extra charge of $50.00.

Technician had problems locating the lid, and had to return 2 days later with a backhoe to locate and complete the job.

I called Danny's twice on different days. Once I left a message with my phone number and the next call was forwarded to his pager where I again left the phone number. No response from either call. I'm sure they were busy since it was a time when the rains caused problems for many people, but a business should not be too busy to return a phone call (even if it is to tell a potential customer that they cannot help them). There could come a time when customers are in short supply. I certainly would not try to contact them again.

I was concerned that my septic was overflowing. Evan came out at 9:00pm after a softball game he played in, walked the property, and assured me everything was fine. For peace of mind, I had him pump the tank. He came out when he said he would, and called me to let me know the job was done, and everything was fine.

Did an excellent job. He was the only septic company that would give me an estimate on the phone. Arrived on time, very neat, and quick about the work.

They came right away and were very professional. Will use them again.

Easy to schedule next day at our convenience at the time we wanted. They were on time, did a great job, fast and without fuss. And the price was very reasonable. Told us we shouldn't have to worry about the tank for the next 5 years.
