+ -1 moreCrooks sold my part from America Home Shield. Never did come out to fix dishwasher at residence. Called me to ask what was wrong with dishwasher and the tech never came in person. Rodney ensured me that the tech would be out. NEVER DID COME! They were paid 100 from AHS and got free parts. Now they won’t answer the phone. Bad business right here. Will be filing a report with the BBB. Hope the eye surgery went well. Just not honest at all.
Description of Work: The tech never showed up. He called ask what was the problem and ordered a part and never came. AHS paid for the part and paid Johnsons for the service they never completed or got started

+ -1 moreCalled him and he came out the same day and fixed it. I was surprised he came out the same day, it was around 6 PM. He said he doesn’t leave anyone hanging with a refrigerator not working.

+ -1 moreMyron Johnson fixed my Fisher & Paykel dryer when all other repair places said they would not work on it. He knew the parts were just GE parts. He also fixed my stove last year when another repair man could not figure out what was wrong. He is excellent and fast.
