 + -1 moreThe store advertises they service what they sell. I would not say this it servicing what they sell. I wasn't in urgent need because the bedroom wasn't being used at the time but was in disarrary from the time the mattress/box springs were delivered until I was able to purchase new slats from another supplier.
Description of Work: I ordered 2 mattresses, box springs and bed frames. It took 3 months to fulfill the order. It took 2 months to have the order delivered, but the frames for one bed were defective. Two weeks passed without hearing from the owner before I had to call to ask about the order. I was told new frames were on order and should be delivered to their store soon. It took another month before she called to set up delivery. The Order was then not completed because the bed slats were too short. The owner called the next day to say they could not complete the order and that I needed to measure the length of the slats needed and to go to the local lumber yard to have them make them - at my expense! She said nothing about the need for the middle support leg that is recommended the all mattress companies. This order was for a standard full/queen bed and should not have been a problem.

Description of Work: good place to shop. Bent over backwards to accomodate us. You dont find that very often will definatly shop there again ! Great job Guys!!!
