Great experience from start to finish.

After meeting with three kitchen design companies, Madison County Cabinet was chosen for our complete kitchen remodel. Russell of Madison County Cabinet was great to work with, from design to the finished project. We were impressed with his design skills and professionalism. Jeff with Riffey Worx, the contractor recommended by Madison County Cabinet, installed tile backsplash, completed wall removal, electrical and other work that was top notch. The quality of craftsmanship of the cabinets and work performed by Jeff was outstanding. Great care was taken to respectfully treat our home, workers cleaned up after themselves and left no messes. Others recommended by Madison County Cabinet were also good to work with, including Louisville Tile, Tremain Granite and Plumber's Supply. These suppliers also spoke highly of Madison County Cabinet employees. We are very pleased with how the complete project turned out.

MCC is a three-generation family operation. Their shop and beautiful showroom are on a country road in Madison County, but just two miles from Fishers and I-69, off the first exit beyond the Hamilton Towne Center. These folks are a dream to work with, from start to finish, and the workmanship is superb. All one has to do is visit the showroom and tour the shop to know a quality product can be expected. The attention to detail is very impressive. For example, once the construction was completed, Russell came to our house THREE times with samples of paint mix to insure a match with our existing fireplace. We could probably could have gotten the work done for a little less but there is no way we could have matched the product and service. .

They are very, very reliable, and they are very good workers. You are not afraid to leave them. They are just very good. I would highly recommend them. They are not cheap, but the quality of their service is very good. For what I paid for, I did get quality work.

The guys met all of our expectations. They were ontime and very pleasant to work with. Daniel designed our cabinets and was very patient with us. He listened and made recommenditions that we liked. Don't hesitate to contact Madison County Cabinets if you want the best quality at a fair price.

Over time the cabinet above the microwave and oven had pulled away from the way by about a quarter of an inch. We contacted Madison County Cabinets to inquire about getting the problem taken care of. Russell promptly responded to our inquiry and came out to the house to give us an estimate. We felt the price quoted was reasonable and scheduled the work to be done. Russell and another gentleman arrived promptly and had the cabinet repaired in thirty minutes. They had a piece made to sit on top of the counter to help pull it back toward the wall and then inserted some shims under the base of the cabinet to help level everything. They did an excellent job; the cabinet looks much better, and you can't even tell anything was done. They had to remove the toe kick and quarter round to install the shims but you'd never know it. I'm so glad we had them do the work for us. Clearly they know what they're doing. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, and would hire them again in an instant. Because of the quality of the workmanship I've asked them to quote me on building a lateral filing cabinet.

On time, did what they said they would do. Removed one set of cabinets, from to ceiling and took to their shop where it was remade to fit new order microwave and oven. This new cabinet matches the old ones perfectly.

I liked working with them and they were very professional and knowledgeable. The whole process went very well and we have received completed on our vanity. Their prices are a little on the high end but well worth it for the quality of work and craftsmanship.

Aaron is great to deal with. They have a nice showroom and lots of choices. They came out and did the measuring and they took six weeks for them to complete the cabinets as they had quite a few jobs lined up before completing ours. They cleaned up well after themselves. The cabinets are of high quality and fit perfectly. I have more space than I had before and they are very attractive. I am very happy with them and found their prices to be comparable with the box stores. It was a very good buy. I am planning on using them for our kitchen.

The staff is very professional and we are both happy with how the cabinet turned out. The stain matches the other cabinets perfectly. They offer comparable pricing and the quality is "top-knotch."

MCC and specifically Aaron Riffey were simply outstanding. Aaron is really great at listening and responding to the customer's wishes. MCC builds a high-quality CUSTOM cabinet. We worked with Aaron from the design phase through installation, and he was always helpful and responsive. MCC met all our deadlines. Our kitchen looks better than we could have imagined! We would highly recommend Aaron and his co-workers at MCC. We would certainly plan to use MCC again in the future should we have a need for custom cabinets. The price is very reasonable when considering the fact that MCC is building a custom cabinet. You will pay a bit more than you might at some of the local kitchen design shops, but the product and the professionalism is superior. The attention to detail coupled with the ability to design cabinets that met our every need made the decision to use MCC a winner. Please remember you are buying a custom product with MCC. Other kitchen design shops sell box cabinets. There is no comparison between box cabinets and custom cabinets. We believe our cabinets have significantly increased the value of our home because of the custom nature.

Aaron and staff worked with us to design cabinets for a bathroom remodel. Appointment times were prompt and the understanding of what we wanted exceeded our expectations. There were a couple of hiccups, one being the sinks for the countertop was the incorrect design and we had to change the hardware on the cabinets, which was our doing. The errors were corrected with no additional costs and very little lag time. They took the time to hand build the cabinets and the quality is second to none. They accomodated our needs, no matter the inconvience to them. I would highly recommend Madison County Cabinets to anyone who is looking for a custom built bathroom, kitchen, office or any cabnetry needs. The craftmanship and design will stay current for decades, well worth the cost for the design we chose and quality they acheived. Can't wait to work with them again on our kitchen remodel.

We contacted MCC by email and discussed what type of table we were looking for. They sent us several designs of different leg styles. We chose exactly what we wanted. We sent them the exact dimensions of what we wanted the table to be. I went to the studio and chose the table material. We wanted the legs to match chairs that we already had so I brought them a chair to make the exact match. The table is so wonderful and exactly what we were looking for but could never find in a store. Would absolutely recommend using this company again. They were extremely pleasant to work for and the craftsmanship is outstanding.

Aaron was my sales person. He is patient, knowledgable, courteous, on time, and great to work with. The installation crew is always fantastic. They are true professionals and respectful of your home.
