I liked that they did a good job. They come into the house, they put booties on, they clean the air conditioning. They clean the filters or the outside of it, wash it down. They do an excellent job. If it’s low on gas they put new gas in it, they put a little bit of that in. I don’t think there is anything they need to improve on, they do a good job.

They’re just punctual, they come when they say they will and they did a great job. There is nothing I would recommend for improvements.

I just had a very nice experience. I called them after the outside heat pump failed or stopped working. I called them the next morning and they told me they will see me in the afternoon. They arrived on time in the afternoon and fixed it right there. First of all he did it the same day and he was punctual. He was knowledgeable about the unit which is not that common here in the Midwest which the previous house owner put in. He had all the spare parts available and he was able to install it right there. He didn't take that long. He is very highly skilled and he was available the same day.

My air conditioner had stopped cooling and the heat and humidity were miserable. I called House of Service about 9 a.m. and they said they could have a technician out late that afternoon -- music to my ears! The service provider (Roger) called when he was on his way and was extremely polite and professional. He diagnosed the problem promptly and had my AC back up and running within half an hour. He explained everything he did, and even took the time to show me why my thermostat sometimes goes blank and how to fix it (even though that wasn't the reason for my AC's failure to cool). I felt he was very honest and the pricing was fair. I highly recommend his services.

He was able to come out quickly, a little fast and get it done quickly and did it well. Everything was working after that. I didn't have any dislikes. The price was fair.

Housse of Service was prompt and found I needed a new AC. He gave me options to repair or purchase new. I opted for new. Scheduled the new AC install for May 22nd. All went well with install. As it turned out I am glad I replaced vs repaired--as system was 20 yrs old and other parts were soon to go out. Price was 3000 for install etc. No surprises. Roger (the owner) did the work. He is a great guy. Have used his service for the past 7 yrs--VERY happy.

Far superior to any of the companies that we have dealt with. Honest, reasonably priced, and communicates if any change in schedule.

They responded within the hour and apologized that it took them so long and were at our house w/another 30 minutes. We had a cracked mechanism for the pilot light, they replaced that piece and did a look over of the rest of the mechanics to reassure us that everything else was in good shape. We have used them in the past and EVERY time we have been pleased with everything about their service and professionalism - strongly recommend and we will definitely use them again!

I called about 8am this morning to try and schedule a same-day appointment to fix a non-functioning A/C/ unit. The service visit was scheduled promptly by the dispatcher and Roger arrived to the house around 11:30am. He diagnosed the problem quickly, explained what needed to be done, had the parts on the truck to replace the motor and capacitor and performed the work. He was gone in an hour and I am no longer drenched in sweat! I was pleased with the promptness of service, especially in this heat wave, and with the professionalism of Roger when he was at the house. I would definitely recommend HoS to anyone in the Pendleton area.

I have him come and service my furnace and a/c regularly in the Spring and Fall for several years. He is real prompt on the appointments that he makes at a reasonable cost.

Our overall experience was great and we will not hesitate to use them in future. We definitely will have them come in fall to check out heating system before we have a problem.

I did not spend anything for that service call. I would tell others that they are excellent. I like that they come when they say they would and do what they say they are going to do and also come if I have an emergency. Their service is wonderful and they are honest. I think that they have good prices and I get what I pay for.

He is pretty terrific. They have really outstanding service, and their prices are fair. He listens, and I have been very happy with him.
