Derek was referred by a friend and was very quick to respond. He came out later the same day and made the repair quickly and with no issues. We would definitely use again.

He is honest, hardworking, and fast. I had no issues.

I called to explain my problem and ask for service. When I described the problem the man insisted that the problem was what he thought it was from my description -- but it wasn't. He did not seem anxious to provide service. He asked me to call back for service after I checked out his suggestion of what to do, which I was fairly certain would not work. It didn't work, and as far as I could tell his guess about the problem was wrong. I called back, had to leave a voice mail, and he never returned my call.

Derek took my call at 9am and was at my house for a 10:30am appointment. Price was fair and advice on my doors was appreciated.

I thought the service was very personable. I think that he was cheaper than a lot of the other garage door companies. He is the one who installed it. I had some concerns about the life of the door and the warranty. He explained the expected life of the different parts. My neighbors were calling other companies, and I called the guy whose sticker was on the door. He had good reviews on Angie's List.

They did a good job. They showed up on time and did a good job for a fair price. I would use them again in the future.

Everything went A-OK.

One problem was a little over the time period for my warranty but they took care of it for me anyway.

They did what they said they would do. They asked the questions over the phone to asses the situation the repair man showed up with the right parts and fixed it. They did a great job and I would use them again.

The worker was exceptional. He quickly replaced the spring, lubricated the old spring and connections and did a wonderful job.

Great service, reasonable costs. I would call them again.
