Advance Plumbing Heat & Air

This was a continuation of a job that Mr. Hale has been working on in my mothers bathroom as we are having it remodeled a little at a time as we get the money. I live near Chicago and my mother lives in Indiana near Cincinnati. It was important for us to find a plumber that we could trust, both to do quality work as well as at reasonable prices. The toilet was the first thing to be replaced and due to Mr. Hale's expertise he discovered that the metal ring under the wax donut for the old toilet was completely rusted thru-which explained where the leaking water had been coming from. After Mr. Hale properly installed the new toilet my mother informed me that her normal $40.00 monthly water bill had dropped to close to $15.00 a month. The second update was to replace both the linoleum flooring as well as the bathtub. We didn't have the money to replace the shower backing at that time so Mr. Hale cut a couple of inches up from the bathtub into the existing shower backing to pull out the existing bathtub-leaving most of the old backing until we could afford to replace it as well. The new linoleum was installed and the new bathtub was put in place. In November of 2011, Mr Hale installed the new backing for the bathtub as well as centering the faucet piece and replacing it with new hardware. All of his work has been excellent and we couldn't be more pleased.

When the electric was restored to the home, the lift pump for the sewer system would not operate. Richard hale got the system working. He returned later in the week to complete the repair.
