We employ approximately 7 service technicians for repair and maintenence work and 3 installation crews for replacement and remodel / new construction work, as well as a full office staff.
"Install went good and on time in the summer of 2014. Problem is, we've had this company out every year since to fix something on the unit. Never show up on time. Never fix the unit right, only put band aids on the issue. I really feel like they have no clue what is going on and their knowledge level is just good enough to get you in trouble. Really surprised they were rated an A on Angie's List. They've been nothing but a F for this home owner."
