Description of Work: We had a contract for Vaughn lawncare to maintain our lawn. These people must have been them. They were so disrespectful. I hope they lose there school corporation contract or underbid. Sorry for putting it on here but I couldn't find them on here so I figured word of mouth is just as good.

+ -1 moreI used Swallow's for several years and they showed up reliably and consistently. Unfortunately, they also had two reliably consistent issues. My mulched beds were constantly left covered in grass clippings and they delayed billing for months at a time. This caused me to question the billed amount because they would bill for double mows or bagging clippings without notice and since the bill was received often months later, it was difficult to reconcile. I cancelled their service. When I expressed my concern about the clippings, I was told that some customers were just not going to be pleased.
Description of Work: Lawn service, including mowing and trimming.

+ -1 moreSince last spring/fall. Still no tree this year. Other plants to be replaced also. We spent over $6,000 in original landscaping. Original work was alright.
Description of Work: Does not show up when says he will. Always so busy. Guaranteed replacement of tree ($500)

+ -1 moreBrad Swallow and his crew are VERY professional, very responsible and very reliable. We have used them for 16 years.
Description of Work: Lawn care and snow removal. The $50 above is just for plowing after the recent blizzard (and I am guessing -- have not seen the bill yet). Our total expenses with them run well over $2000 per year -- worth every penny.
