+ -1 moreThey've always done a great job. If there's ever been an issue, they are real good about coming back and correcting the issue.
Description of Work: They fixed an issue with our water furnace. We had a glitch after they left and they came back to repair it at no charge.

+ -1 moreIt is wonderful. The marketing was good and the salesperson was excellent. He knew what he was doing and talked about what he thought we needed. Then they had someone come out, look at the house and see what needed to be done because it is an old house. He had to work around things and they were very good at that. They were very knowledgeable and thought outside the box about what to do. They tidied up and were very clean. They put a cloth down to walk on. They were excellent. They are average compared to other companies. We liked what they did and felt confident with them. They had many references so that also helped.
Description of Work: We used Colliers Heating & Air Conditioning to have our air conditioner put in. We have no ducts so it is the Mitsubishi ductless air conditioner. They put that in for the whole house.

Description of Work: We had a new 5 ton GEOTHERMAL HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING unit installed. One of Colliers Heating and Air conditioning's installers stole prescription drugs(a narcotic) from us, PERCOCET. We called Colliers to inform them of the theft. We turned over to an Indiana State Police Detective what we knew and were told by Colliers heating and air conditioning. We were told by Colliers Heating and Air Conditioning's site manager that this person signed a form saying he had stolen the drugs from us and that they had fired him. The ISP detective told us they didn't have any signed certificate saying he had stolen anything from anybody, so we were lied to about that. They were punctual and did cover cost overruns on the project. Colliers did give us approximately an 8% credit adjustment for the theft problem of our Prescription drug. After and during installation they did promptly address any problems with service issues. They did have to come back after the first inspection by the county to correct errors. They did pass inspection the second time the inspector came out.

+ -1 moreThe call went to a pager but within 10 minutes a received a call back from the service person who was on call. He carefully asked pertinent questions and once he had a good idea of what might have led to the problem he walked me through taking the cover off of the geothermal unit and described to me where I should find a reset switch among the electronics inside. Flipping the switch brought the unit back to life and soon cool air was once again flowing throught the ducts!
Description of Work: Our geothermal unit stopped working on a Saturday after I had changed the electrostatic air filter. It was a very hot day with more record temperatures scheduled for the rest of the weekend. After checking breakers and doing everything I could think of I called the emergency number at Colliers.
