Accurate Home Inspections

This is the third home which we will have purchased, but the first time we have ever utilized a home inspector prior to purchase. Mike was extremely thorough and inspected things which we would have never thought about examining on our own. He was very patient with my questions and explained everything wonderfully. After his (two hour) review of the home, he discussed each issue found. This involved telling me what looked great and also explaining how a few items could fail or affect the home in the future. He is an exemplar person: very professional, knowledgeable and personable. Without any doubt, I would recommend him as a home inspector and would definitely seek his services with the purchase of any home we make in the future.
