 + -1 moreVince Mammolenti does a great job of leaf clean up. He, also does leaf pick up from curb. The $160.00 was for all three days. The last visit 11/5, the charge was less because of quicker clean up for fewer leaves. Vince is a hard worker & his prices can't be beat.
Description of Work: Vince cleared our leaves front yard & back on 10/22, 10/30 & 11/5. Leaves don't stand a chance.

 + -1 moreMy next door neighbor was out of town for the big snow we had over the weekend. I called her normal snow removal company and they didn't show up. I called again on the day my neighbor was supposed to return (a few days later) and he said it was too much for his equipment. I called Vince hoping to get things cleared off before my neighbor go back to the mess in her driveway and he was here within an hour, despite this being outside his normal area. He quickly cleared the driveway with his plow and then did the sidewalks and patio with his snow blower. He was a life saver!
Description of Work: cleared several feet of snow (including iced/compacted city plow snow at end of driveway) from sidewalk, driveway and patio.

 + -1 moreArrived as promised & Vince & co-worker cleaned up back & front yard of remaining leaves. When finished they piled leaves out near street. Later that afternoon as promised returned to pick up leaves with truck vacuum. Can't beat price & always happy with results.

 + -1 moreThey arrived around 9:30 a.m. and they were ready to go. It took them less than 2 hours and the front and back yards were spotless. The cost was $115.00, the extra $15 was for a previous curb leaf pick up last week. His prices can't be beat.

Description of Work: was just about to leave the house when the snow plow came through and plowed 2 feet of chunky ice packed snow at bottom of driveway. I could not shovel it- too heavy and drifts too high. Called a couple of numbers with no luck, then tried Angie's list. Called Vince and he came out himself and did a great job. He moved snow where I asked him and plowed out all around my mailbox which was almost buried. Great job,very nice, and responsive to requests.Would call

 + 0 moreHe came on the day (Saturday) that we called him and came on Monday to do the job. Did the job in a reasonable amount of time and took out all the trees I had pointed out to him I wanted removed and did not take any of my Rose of Sharons. He trimmed the Ivy and cleaned out the non Ivy vines. He also removed the big weeds that had accumulated in the front garden. He took all the old Ivy growth that had stuck to the outside that was dead. He hauled all the trees to the dump and there were many. He cleaned out the weed growth between all my lilac trees in the back and made the yard look taken care of. Great work.
Description of Work: Cleaned up all the weeds, especially trees that were weeds that had been let go for 5 years, and removal of all them to the dump. Also cleaned up Ivy and cut so was not out of control and took out vines that did not belong there. Did lots of weeding and believe me there was lots of tree removals that needed doing. Yard looks taken care of now and very happy with his work. Will use him for mowing as well as he only charges $35.00 for my size yard and that includes trimming and grass collection.

Description of Work: We have a small yard, price very competive and was the best rate in town. VM Property services rates depended on size of yard . He specilizes on curb side leaf pickup. Does an excellent job!
