I was very impressed with Mr. Wood's work and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND him. He took his time and did an excellent job.

I was thrilled with the results. He was here on time, got right to work, and finished the project in approx. three hours. We did a walk through after he was finished to make sure I was completely satisfied and he had done all the agrede on work. I have a large house and I was concerned about the potential cost (which I didn't discuss with him). On his own, he said the whole house doesn't need to be washed; only the areas where mold has set on, because of lack of sunlight. This is real professionalism...I am sure others would immediately say the entire house needed doing and charge accordingly. We discussed when it would need cleaning again and Jim said in two years. He said if I had any areas of concern to let him know. I give him the highest recommendations for job performance, professionalism and integrity. I have been so pleased with my contacts from Angie's list, and Jim ranks very high.

Indiana Power Wash Company got right to work and finished in less than two hours. We have a large deck with screened area and everything was cleaned thoroughly. The area was then cleaned up nicely. They will be back within the next two weeks to finish staining our deck. They are very careful workers and very honest and friendly people We have been using this service for the past 3 years for power washing, roof cleaning, and deck staining. They are so honest, that they will tell you when work is unnecessary.

Jim is a true professional. His estimate and explanation of the services recommended were clear and concise, he was punctual for the estimate and job times, he arrived prepared, and he worked quietly and efficiently to clean our gutters, downspouts, and the debris from the lawn pop-up drains. He honored his quoted price, and his work trailer and equipment were well organized and clean. We will be utilizing his services again.

I've battled this mold every year and even shelled out $600 once for a quality pressure washer, but as this guy informed my, power washing just sprays the mold spores into more places, and they WILL come back. His treatment involves first a plant-safe chemical wash, a waiting period, and then a wash-down that amazed me: all discolorations just washed away like nothing. And he said it would last a few years. A year or two later now, there is NO mold. My neighbors commented that the house looked like new after he'd done that.

This man did a super job. I've never had someone give so much and charge so little. I plan to have him back to power wash my driveway. His price is 1/5th of what I paid someone last time. Great job, everything looked good when finished. All the black patches on concrete were gone.

I had an incident where my sprinkler was left on for a 24 hour period leaving rust stains on the soffit, brick, window casings, and window screens. I called Jim for an estimate on a Friday and he came out on Sunday to look it over. He told me his opinion on if it would come out or not and the price he would charge. I agreed to have the work done and he then scheduled to come out to do the cleaning on Saturday. After cleaning the house, windows, and screens you couldn't tell there has been any stains. The front patio also looked amazing after the cleaning. It had lots of built up dirt and I was surprised on much come out and how clean it now looks. In the future any additional work I need done I would call Jim, he did a wonderful job and was excellent to work with.

Came at 6:30pm on Friday 6/6/14 after working on a deck all day. Did a fantastic job in 2 hours. Hard worker. Will use him to clean and stain my deck next summer.

The siding, gutters, and gutter face all look great!

This guy did an amazing job treating mildew on my vinyl siding and also explained why my previous approach to the problem--personal pressure washing--was literally just spreading the problem around. He had some effective but non-toxic chemical agents which made that stuff just wash away, and he told me that it should be effective for 2-3 years. Very professional, sensible, smart guy.

Wow. This guy is great. I was in a crunch to get the house looking great for some out of town guest and Jim was able to squeeze me in. The technology and the method he uses is so much better than just some powerwasher. He treated my wife Connie and I great, was extremly organized and efficent, hard working guy. Let me tell you, the day he came over was not the best weather, at all. Where most people would of probably hung it up for the day, it didn't even seem to phase him or the foucs. Could not have worked out better. Nature interferred with the initial schedule, but Mr. Wood returned on the first available day, worked diligently for hours, then bagged and removed the detritus. Considering the time spent and the equipment necessary, we felt he did not charge enough. He's at the top of our list for a recall and we plan to have him return annually.

Very polite, explained the process and was really careful when taking his equipment through the yard. Instead of laying his ladder directly on the lawn, he put small rocks down to lay it on. He even put the rocks back in the landscaping when he was done. The house looked great when he was done. It looked like we had painted the trim! Very happy!

I recently purchased a new home, built in 1975 and in much need of a makeover. While the inside of the house is a complete transformation, the roof installed in 1999 looked old, dirty, and had dark black streaks all over it. I called Jim and from start to finish, this was my easiest contact yet. Through the remodeling process, I've worked with many different contractors in many respective fields, Jim is top of the list. He was prompt, professional, accessible, DID WHAT HE SAID HE'D DO, and was reasonably priced for such quality service. Our roof and gutters look brand new. I was shocked! I highly recommend this service as I will be having him back every year!

I called Indiana Power Wash from information on Angie's list. Jim answered the phone and I told him that I was interested in getting my gutters cleaned and told him the approximate length of the gutters on the front and back of my house. He said that it was a rather small job, and he would love to do it, but he was pretty filled up at the moment, and then they were taking a family vacation. He said that he could do it on August 1, and I told him that would be perfect, because I was having knee surgery and I would be home by then. He quoted me a price and we ended our conversation. July 31st. Jim called to tell me the time he would be out the next day. He was right on time. Because of some miscommunication on my part, there were more gutters than Jim thought when he quoted me the price, but he said, "that's what I quoted you, so that is what I will charge you". I felt bad because it was probably my fault, so I offered to pay him a little more, but again he said that he would charge me only what he quoted me. Jim was very polite, and professional. I will have Jim clean my gutters and stain my deck next spring. This is my second Angie's List find. I am so grateful for Angie's List.

When Jim left the house looked almost new and the concrete was mold and dirt free. Jim came on time and spent the good part of a day at my house. Great results and would hire again when needed.

Jim Wood, the owner, arrived at 9:00 am and performed all of the above services himself. He finished about 4:30 pm. Jim was very thorough, and I was very impressed with the quality of work performed. We had some thick mold on our porch roof, and Jim was able to remove it all. Our house and driveway/walks have never looked better in the 23 years we've owned the house. I would highly recommend Indiana Power Wash Co. for any exterior home cleaning services.

His name is Jim Wood. It was a one-man job. He was punctual, clean, and polite. He seemed very conscientious. We found a coupon in a flier for him. It was a $50 coupon discount. I would've liked the price to be cheaper.
