Superb. The "A" rating is well deserved. The pluses; owner/operator does the work on time, as promised, with high grade equipment, and leaves little trace as to how much was accomplished...all this at a fair price. He should charge more. We used Mr. Wood at our farm 3 years ago, and now again at our retirement home. The best. He is quite busy, no surprise, so make an allowance for proper time scheduling, if your need is not urgent. I hired Jim based on his excellent Angie's List reviews and all the raves were very well deserved. I was highly satisfied with all the work done, which was completed over a several week period and included three visits to my home plus the original evaluation visit. At all times, Jim was extremely professional, attentive to every detail, and very clear in his presentation of the service options available. I was looking for someone to clean my very heavily clogged gutters, and was so impressed with our initial consultation that I inquired about having my home power washed as well. Jim was able to show me before and after pictures of other home washing/mold treatments he had done and that was very helpful in deciding to proceed with the project. The work was scheduled promptly, performed beautifully, and I felt the pricing was very fair (and he even included a couple of little extras for free when he started working and realized that there was a bit more to do than he had expected). Both Jim and his son who helped with the deck finishing did their work with no fuss or bother, very quietly, and were very careful about little things like not blocking my driveway with their truck. The gutter cleaning was an especially messy job but you'd never have known it because the premises were spotless when he finished. Just as Jim promised, my house looked as if it had been freshly painted after he cleaned the siding. All the green mold on several sections of the house was gone completely. My decks got a wonderful refinishing and protective coating as well. This wasn't just some guy with a ladder and a pressure washer, but a real expert who carefully evaluated my needs and combined great personal service with high-quality materials and first-rate execution. In 30+ years of home ownership, I have come across this level of quality and professionalism only a few times. I recommend Jim and Indiana Power Wash without reservation. Oh, and as soon as I mentioned finding him through Angie's List, he immediately offered the discounted rate without me having to ask for it.

I have a large house with a lot of gutters, some of which hadn't been cleaned out in years. Jim did an outstanding job of cleaning the gutters and downspouts, then sprayed them out with a hose, and made sure everything was flowing through. He also did a nice job of cleaning up. He isn't cheap, but if you want a professional job, I highly recommend him. He arrived on time, both for the estimate and for the scheduled work.

Jim is one of the most professional service contractors I have worked with. He responded to my initial phone call very quickly, and while he was on vacation. We set an appointment for a quote. Again, he arrived on time. We was very professional from the start. This was the first time I had ever hired a power wash company. He was very clear on what our house needed. I accepted his quote. He gave me the date and time of the wash before he left our meeting. Unreal!! He called me the day before the wash to confirm the day and time he would be arriving. I was not able to home during the wash, but based on mu initial dealings with Jim, I trusted him. I came home to find a great looking home that exceeded my expectations. Great Job!

I was very impressed at Jim's professionalism. Originally Jim came to our home to give me an estimate on power washing the exterior of the house. He told me that the house did not need power washed at this point, that we could wait at least another year. I really appreciated his honesty. We did have Jim clean our back patio and sidewalk leading from driveway to patio. It looks great! I would highly recommend Jim. Not only does he do a thorough job but his integrity was greatly appreciated!

I called Jim on short notice to clean the exterior of my home prior to sale. He was able to fit me in on a holiday weekend, which was a very pleasant surprise. He came out with another person (I believe his son) and promptly got to work. When we asked about an additional area of the house we hadn't considered needed cleaning, he immediately gave us a fair price for that and completed the work. He was probably the most professional, understanding contractor I have ever had perform work for me. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I called and set up the appointment. He came a few days later and was very quick! I greeted him at the door, showed him my problem areas and then he was off to work! I was very surprised at how quick everything was and NO mess! That was lovely! Everything was taken care of by him and half an hour later, he was done. And it was less than he had originally quoted me for plus there was an Angie's List coupon. Overall the work was fast, efficient, and clean. I would/will hire them again!

I live in a wooded area, thanks to that, mildew and moss can form on my cedar siding. Jim and his son did a great job cleaning the place from top to bottom I was very impressed. It looks great! He also pointed out some boards that needed to be replaced to prevent water enter the house and causing damage. I appreciated that a great deal.

Jim came to our home and gave us a very detailed estimate / explanation of services. The work he did was exceptionally well done. He was very professional, neat, and the results were fantastic. The service was great. It made a huge difference in the overall look of the home. We would highly recommend his services. The cost was not cheap, but neither was his work or the results. We are pretty handy DIYers....this would've taken us much longer with not nearly as nice of results.

I had this done previously by a handyman who is no longer doing these types of things. Jim Wood came and looked the job over and emailed an estimate. It was somewhat higher than I had hoped, but he eliminated one aspect to get the price a little more to my budget. He called a couple times to alert me to possible times he would come, depending on the length of times of his extra work. He called the day before to confirm. He has all the professional equipment needed to do the work. he was very prompt, courteous and informative. He will be giving me a bid to do deck work next spring.
