Mr. Wood responded immediately to a request for an estimate. He made his inspection and gave his feedback. We set a date for the service and it was completed as promised. His price was fair. He was thoroughly professional. I would definitely hire him again and enthusiastically recommend him to others.

They were very professional from the beginning. Great communication throughout and showed up when expected. Cleaned everything out and showed me pictures so we could analyze problem areas. Charged me less than originally quoted. Couldn't ask for a better experience!

Jim and his son, Cameron, did a superb job: punctual, polite, professional, and extremely effective. Everything looks great! We had serious mold, and the siding now looks like new all around the house. In the process they explained what was at play, and they took care of ancillary issues: the gutters are clean, the trim and windows look great, and wasp nests, including one huge nest I had not noticed, have been removed. I cannot judge the price comparatively, but the $750 for a very large house, with a great deal of siding, was worth it. I would definitely recommend Indiana Power Wash.

Jim promptly responded to messages, asked questions, visited the property to confirm he could complete the work, then scheduled us within a week. He was polite and professional. He arrived early and completed the work in a timely manner, without denting gutters or damaging landscaping. He said he cleared three clogged downspouts and expressed interest in returning in the fall when we know we'll have the problem again. We'll confirm that the overflow problem was resolved once it rains.

The owner bent over backwards to accommodate my schedule for putting my house up for sale. He worked quickly and efficiently with excellent results. He was polite, friendly, and professional at all times. And his price was very competitive. In fact, as a result, my neighbor also hired him and told me he was pleased with the work done.

Jim and his son were the A team for sure. Could not believe how clean the siding and gutters were when the job was completed . My 11 year old home looks like a new home!

Jim was very upfront about his affordable pricing, committed and realistic in his scheduling, cleaned up after himself well, and was very thorough. What was most appreciated was his willingness to not only notify us of areas in need of repair (roof areas not directly related to the gutters) but also to give us photos of the areas.

We thought he did a good job and our house looks great, but the amount of money we paid vs the amount of time the job took felt like entirely too much. We would recommend him to people who aren't able to do the job themselves, but warn them to be aware it will be costly.

Very well...we were told by another company that there were clogged downspouts and would require taking apart the gutters to clear out the mess. This was not the case, and the gentleman from IPWC was honest with us and took care of everything quickly and efficiently. He was a pleasure to work with.

It was very well done. The employee who hand stained the retaining wall worked very hard in very hot and humid weather while fighting off mosquitos very good job in all respects.

The results are superb. Jim was thoughtful, professional and more helpful than other companies that came out to give estimates. The work was done carefully and with attention to detail. Yes, it was somewhat expensive (lots of individual railings) but in line with the other estimates I received and i couldn't be happier with the results. In a world of big companies that hide behind anonymity and phone trees, dealing with a small, reputable and trustworthy business feels like a throwback to better times gone by.
