they arrived at the time scheduled to clean the carpets. Tyler and Josh were very professional, introduced themselves and gave me their card and names before coming in. Kept their shoes covered the entire time. Stated that the cleaning would be done within two hours and the carpet would be dry in an hour. I actually didn't believe them because I have had other carpet cleaners who have always taken longer than promised and the carpet takes all day to dry. I actually sent my dogs to the dog sitter because I didn't believe this when I scheduled them. They completely proved me wrong, they started at 9 and were done at 11. They continued to educate me on their cleaning process and invited me to watch and ask any questions while they were cleaning. With their cleaning process the carpet was not saturated and was dry in about 2 hours I would say. I actually walked on it within the hour. I have two dogs, 3 and 1 years old, and had some pretty bad pet stains. I was impressed how well the stains were removed. I am keeping their number as I will definitely use this company again (I would use again even without the discount I got by booking on Angie's list).

They are very efficient. The carpets turned out good. They are willing to come at different times which is something that I really appreciated.
