My experience with this owner is why I joined Angie's list. I felt traumatized by the time our business was finished.

If you need roof work done, don't bother calling them right now. I called to have a repair done on the roof at my office and as soon as I explained that, I heard "you're going to have to call someone else. I have too many roofs to do right now. Just keep calling people. There are plenty of other roofers that need work.". That was the strangest response I've ever had when looking for a professional. The fact is, the repair I needed is not time critical. I could have waited a few months but I wasn't given the chance to even explain that. In any case, if you need anything done to your roof, clearly there is no point in calling because they don't need your business.

They were phenomenal and I can't say enough good things about them. They were very professional and they showed up when they said they were going to. They did the work that they said they were going to do. They took the time to actually come off the roof and explain what they were doing. They cleaned up really well and they covered everything to make sure nothing would be damaged in the process.

The owner seemed somewhat disorganized, but he provided an estimate and the final cost was close. The work was started on time and finished quickly. The workmanship was good and they did a good job cleaning up afterwards.

Leaking from roof into house began issues inside...called this vendor because of name ("Granger")...he responded quickly and took care of the issue the next day...
