The technician came at scheduled time. He shared his thoughts as our furnace and air, which are both older will need to be replaced at some point down the road, but for now everything in working order.

Everything was great. They showed up on time, installed the HVAC units, made sure I knew about everything, and then cleaned up. It was very professional .

The removal of my old A/C and furnace and installation of new was completed without any issues. The technicians were very friendly and worked from start to finish to complete the project in a timely manner. It was a good experience and I love my new units. Also, my electric bills this summer were over $100 less each month compared to my bills same time last year, which is a big deal to me!

Four Winds has installed furnace and air conditioning systems in my home within the past 18 months, after years of their excellent service of my old HVAC system. The service was excellent - representative told us exactly what needed to be done and completed work.

I have used this company for several different things. This time it was to replace some duct work in my house. Originally they were supposed to replace the chimney liner but when they got inside they realized a bird nest was just causing condensation to run on the outside of my pipe and my liner was actually good. They answered all of my questions and took care of the chimney so that the bird could no longer make a nest. They closed off some of the air gaps in my basement as well. They are always on time and very professional. The woman that does the scheduling is very kind and has great follow through. They always call when they will be late or early. I use them for all of my furnace and air conditioning cleaning as well.

The system works very well. They were on time and they are service oriented. We have also had them on late evenings.

Everything went great. We have no complaints whatsoever. Their service is good and we have never had any problems with the technicians that come out. They've always been helpful and courteous. I feel like they're not trying to create work for themselves, I think they're trying to serve the customer, which is much appreciated.
