Description of Work: I had contacted Eric to install my tile. He agreed to come to my house to give me an estimate....he never showed up. I then called him again, he said that he is very busy and after the job that he was working on he would contact me....I called several more times with out a response, I rarely complain about service providers....but I think he was very disrespectful of my time. I eventually found someone else to do the work.

+ -1 moreHe did a great job, though he has trouble with organization. There were a couple of places where he tiled that I wasn't happy with the grout work. He came out with his work partner and fixed the problem right away. They did a beautiful job that they finished in 5 days. He was about $2000 cheaper than another company. The competitor also quoted that they can finish the job in 3 days. This company also beat with the amount of flooring they were able to cover. This company was able to cover 290 sq. feet of tile and 525 sq. feet of flooring. This was much more than what the other company was able to offer. We also had flooring and tile left over which is good for replacement pieces. My only complaint would be his time management and organization. There were a couple of time where he was a couple hours late, but he did communicate that issue with me. I communicated with him how this could affect his work, but ideally it would not leave a great impression. I can say his minor flaw has never affected the quality of his work. I will continue to use him in the future.
Description of Work: I hired this company after a bad experience with another company to finish my flooring which included tiling and hard wood flooring.
