They were very prompt in coming to our home to give us an estimate. We called several other companies for estimates as well. But we chose Classic because they are family owned, have a good warranty, and the person they sent to give us the estimate was very professional looking. When we called t o ask them to do the job they came back to our home with a contract and price. And gave us an approximate date as to when the work would be done. They were suppose to call before they came to do the work but didn't. We went to run so errands on the 1st of Nov. when we returned home the job was all done. Everything was cleaned up and all the old gutters had been hauled away with a note on the door from the gentlemen that wrote up our contract that said call me on my cell phone. We called him this morning as this was to be paid for on completion. He will be back to inspect and will receive payment then. Our House looks so much better. We will defiantly recommend Classic to everyone and will use them again.

Classic Gutters did a great job, they were prompt to get me a quote--the same day!!--they billed the same as they quoted (plus I got the Angies List 10% discount!). Very happy with their work!

I appreciated the promptness of the estimate and work after. They Got the job done quickly and the gutters look great! I rated them lower on professionalism due to the cigarette butts I found in the yard. I don't feel that is necessary or appropriate. Other than that we were very satisfied with the work.

The folks I talked to in the office were friendly and responsive, but the workers they sent to my house left a lot to be desired. I called for an estimate and it took about 2 weeks for them to come out to my house. Once I received the estimate, the price seemed fair so I called to schedule the work. They were able to come out the following Tuesday. The office manager said that the workers would call before they came, but they just showed up. I came home to new gutters, which was quite nice. However, the gutter in front was hung low and I wasn't able to open my storm door all the way. I did call and ask them to come back and fix it, and they were willing to do so. The biggest problem I had was the lack of professionalism from the workmen. I was disappointed as I was expecting better from all the positive reviews on Angie's List. They just seemed like they didn't want my business. They left MANY nails and screws in my flower bed and along my walkway/driveway. I have a young daughter and I hate to think of a rusty nail going through her foot as she plays outside, not to mention the possibility of a nail going in the tire of my car. The last straw was finding a cigarette butt in my flower bed today, after they came back to redo the front gutter. Really? You're upset that you have to come back and fix the job that wasn't done to my satisfaction last time, so you use my flower bed as an ashtray? I don't care if workmen smoke outside, but please don't leave butts in my yard! Overall, they did a decent job, but with so many other highly rated options in the area for gutter repair, I doubt I'll be calling them again.

I called and Jason said that he would be out the following day to give me an estimate. He did not come out for several days, but it was okay and he appologized for the delay. Once I got the estimate, which I thought was very reasonable, I approved the work and Jason told me that they probably wouldn't be able to get to me until the following week -- it ended up being only two days! The workers were fast and the quality is great. They didn't need anything from me except electricity. They added a downspout to prevent the trouble I had with the previous gutters (which were very old) and the price of the service was not affected. I would completely use them again for any work. I think they did a great job.

Very responsive to all calls, from the request for an estimate and checking the job site, to answering a few questions I thought of a couple weeks afterwards. I expect to use them again in the spring or summer after I decide what type of 'rain/leaf guard' covers to put up.

They arrived on time: around 10 AM. All they needed was electricity for their job. They did a great job, and left immediately after the job was done. Their invoice arrived in several days for the quoted amount. Great job.

They did the work within a week. There was one corner that required more work to seal, and they were very responsive in returning my phone calls, and in sending someone out to do the minor additional work. Their clean up was thorough. It was almost impossible to know they had been there, except for the brand new gutters and downspouts. I recommend them.

We had some trouble with call backs initally and scheduling of when the work was to be done. But once that was resolved, we were pleased with the time frame of when the job was completed.

They came promptly to give an estimate and did the work quickly and efficiently. In fact, I was gone for a couple of hours, and it was done with no mess when I returned. My only complaint is that I had trouble finding when they had scheduled the work, though in fairness the job was pretty simple and they proved that I didn't need to be home. I should note that they added a $20 fuel charge to the estimate, so people might ask about that if they live at some distance from the company. Overall, though, I would use them again. The experience was much better and less expensive than I had originally imagined.

They came out very quickly. We spent $125 for the service. They did a good and quick job when the weather was pretty bad.

Classic Gutters has replaced gutters at my home for the second time in a year. They gave me a reasonable estimate and showed up quickly and did the job efficiently and professionally. They even stood up my concrete birdbath that had toppled over during the winter. I always recommend them and appreciate their good service.

I used Angie's List to find them. We spent more than we thought we agreed to. I think it was a miscommunication. They were having some issues with their staffing. We never heard back from them. We were less than happy with that, not that we were less than happy with the work. When I sent the bill in I put a note on the bill and we never heard back from them. The work was good. Someone in the family at Classic Gutter was ill, so someone came out and did the estimate and that was fine. But then 2 other men came out and did the work and I think there was some confusion on their part as to what was actually supposed to be done. But I didn't know what the estimate did or did not include. I wasn't clear on that either. We did ask for something extra to be done. But the amount that the extra cost seemed a little extreme to us. We paid it and it needed to be done, and it was done. But it was not done quite like we had hoped. It wasn't perfect but it was livable. The work was okay but there was miscommunication. I don't know if they were any more or less expensive. Our insurance was going to cover the cost because it was storm damage. We would use them againin the future, we would just clarify things better.

Excellently. The company came out and did an estimate a few weeks ago, but because of my schedule, it couldn't get done until now. They would have started the next day or so, had they been able to. The day they came, they came as scheduled, loked the site over and got to work. They replaced about 300 linear feet of gutter, with downspouts and screens, in about 3 hours. This included hauling away of the old gutters, although I had already removed them as I just had my roof done. They use screws instead of nails, and were very polite. I had some fascia I had to replace because of my roof/chimney issues (about 15 ft) and one of the gentleman just went ahead and did it for me, and told me what I had to do as a follow up once he was done with the gutters. There is one other detail I am waiting on, as per the estimate given me that could not be done the same day. I will add to that and modify this report as needed once the happens.

The estimate was actually lower than I thought it would be. The only problem I had was that they had not given me a actual estimate. That could be a problem for someone in the future. I would use them again in the future.

Very efficient. Cleaned up after job was done. Repair was done well, using screws in stead if gutter nails for added strength.
