Attentive and polite during estimating. Showed up on time. Performed repairs, during which a previously 'missed' item was discovered and offered as an addition, which of course increased the overall price. One roof leaked upon a subsequent rain. Their response to calls was a bit slow, but to their credit they showed up, identified the problem, and fixed it with no discussion of additional charges. Overall an 'A' effort. Not perfect, but in the end a good outcome. Ratings reflect that final outcome.

He arrived on time as scheduled to give me a written estimate on the work. Written estimate ended up to be correct. Phil originally said that it would be 6 to 8 weeks before he could start the job and then ended up starting about 4 weeks earlier than projected.. The company consists of himself and one other employee who has been working with him for several years. Starting earlier this year Phil began using his 20 YO college student grandson. All 3 of these guys worked diligently and professionally through out the duration. When the job was completed and all the construction debris had been cleaned up one of them walked me around the house and garage making certain that I was 100% satisfied with the end result. I was and gave him a check for the 2nd half of the balance due. I would hire them again and mad a note that they also do many other kinds of home remodeling/repair/construction. The over all cost was 10 to 15 % lower than all other estimates I received and he was very happy to provide a list of references which he encouraged me to contact before I signed the contract.....
