Terry came out and looked at the job and collected information for my insurance company. This was about 3 weeks ago. I have called several times and have not received a call back. I have not received an estimate. Communication seems to be very poor. There is a serious lack of response.

Couldn't of been a better experience. I worked with Terry who was very punctual and polite and had a quote ready for me in 20 minutes. They even bumped us up on the schedule to help us get a leak taken care of. The crew showed up a half hour early and got straight to work. The guys were very respectful of the property and very tidy. They had the roof done in less than 6 hours and it looked great. On top of that they did a great job cleaning up, it was like they were never there. I couldn't be happier with the work they've done for me and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new roof.

Excellent work! Orig. price quoted was 4,150.00. However, during tear off of old roof they had shown my husband five layers of roofing shingles (which was causing our roof to sag). We initially thought there were only 3 layers. When initially called, they explained they were super busy and it would be about a month. After a month, called them back to see how much longer and they were out within that week or next. Came out at around 7am and were completely finished by 8pm that evening. Including clean up. Its been two years since work was done and roof is still great! We will definitely have them do more work! Sorry this post is almost 2 years later, however on the up side at least I can say the quality of workmanship is still like new!

They were prompt. They were here when they said they would be here. They did the job and they did it timely. The only problem we have had is two shingles had come off and we called them since last fall of course they were going to come in the winter time and they haven't come yet to explain this. We need to know where the shingle come from and why it came off.

I received estimates from 5 different companies. They were among the least expensive. They had a 5 man crew who did a fast and very good job.

We didn't have any problem with their service. They were really helpful. They took photos so we had information for future work if we needed it. They were really professional. There were no additional cost and we got more out of it than what we expected. It was the best experience.

They were great to work with, very responsive, very friendly and offered great information on what needed to be done.

The job went well. This is the first time we had to purchase such a large "item" for our home. After several estimates, we immediately felt comfortable when talking with Josh Hill of this company. He was personable, and clearly knew roofing. In addition to this, he offered the best price compared to the two previous quotes we were provided. He scheduled out a few months, by our request, and when the time came, contacted us to set up the time to complete the job. A wide variety of shingles were offered. The job was completed in one day and the clean-up was great. I was concerned about this because our landscape guys had complained about poor clean-up at a neighbor's home after their roof was done by another company. Most importantly, the roof looks great!! One thing to add on was the clean up guy. This man never stopped to walk anywhere. He ran around cleaning up the initial tear off debris and all other debris from the new roof install. I was personally very impressed by his hustle and although I couldn't see the men working on my roof, I figured this same hustle was throughout the workforce and was right by the amount of work they completed. The onsite foreman Tyler was also great with answering any questions and makes things convenient where possible. He knew I had to walk my dog while they did the roof and stopped work when I would come and go to ensure safety. I saw the amount of debris around dumpster and was initially concerned but Tyler's crew pulls out a huge magnet to pic up any missed materials.

This was a while ago, but I'm almost positive that this is the company where two men came out and went on the roof to inspect it and found some nails that needed to be pounded in. If I remember correctly, I wasn't impressed by their professionalism or them and vowed that I wouldn't even waste my time reviewing the company. I didn't like the way I was talked to as a customer. They defamed another roofing company (the one I had used to put the roof on the back of the house), and I was glad when they left. Like I said, this was quite a while ago, but this is the only maintenance company that I remember using.

Cleaned gutters and from my angle they did a good job.....I didn't go up on the roof.

I like their work. The price is reasonable. They are very personable and nice. I know they have had family issues and such but I would never hire them again. They do not get in touch with you. They are great on the phone and in person. They are very professional when they are here, but they are just not responsive. I had to pester them a lot to get them to come and finish the work they said they were going to do. They always had excuses.

They brought shingle samples over, and let us pick the color and style we wanted. Then we waited for warm weather. When spring came I called them. They had lots of other work ahead of us I think, because it took a couple of months before they came. They put down tarps over the house so that when they tore off the shingles it would not damage the house. It took them 4 days to complete the job. They cleaned up everything leaving the yard and driveway spotless. I recommend them if yoiu need a new roof.

Great! They were very professional, prompt, brought me tons of sample, and polite. Every time I had a question, they immediately called me back, and were very easy to work with.

Lady who answered phone was polite and helpful but had two different appointments scheduled for an estimate but never showed up. Also did not call to reschedule. I had to call them.

They arrived timely and were respectful of our landscaping and property. The job took about 3 days because of intermittent rain. Some rain did get in and I called when I noticed a stain. Tyler came out and examined the situation and promised to promptly arranged for a painter so come out and look at the ceiling. The painter came and looked at the issue and we scheduled a time for him to return and paint the ceiling. The ceiling affected is part of an open concept area so the ceilings in the whole ceiling area was painted. It all looks perfect!

Josh and his team did an excellent job of reroofing my home. It was a big house and not an easy roof to redo. They were prompt and on time. They were very contientious about the home and the landscaping as to not damage anything. They cleaned up well and the roof looks great. I would highly recommend them for your next roofing adventure.

After a delay due to a back order, they showed up completed the work in three days. I am pleased with the quality of the work.

Their work is good. All the people I dealt with were polite. Their response to my follow up issue took longer than desired. That is the only issue I had.

I got the estimate pretty quick and decided within a couple weeks to use them. Then it took about a month to get scheduled and get the work done. Once they started they showed good professionalism and were amazingly quick. I would recommend them!

I purchased a Big Deal from AJ Construction for 99.00 Roof Winterization-tune up with sealing in July of 2013. Although my roof was fairly new I was noticing leaking which seemed to be around the area of my fireplace and other areas. After not hearing from them for 2 weeks, I went to Angie's lIst for recommendations on how to resolve the issue. They recommended I call them directly. So I called them and the owner's wife took the call. She stated she did not have a record of me purchasing this Big Deal. She then checked another email they apparently use and found the order. She apologized for the mix up and stated she would let her husband know. I talked with him once, and he stated he would be out to take care of it. I let him know about the concerns I had and when I worked. After several more weeks passed and no one had come out I called again. Once again I talked to the owner's wife and once again assured me he would contact me. I was not contacted. I tried two more times and then the snow hit. At that point I gave up. I was very disappointed as they had received such high reviews and I thought it was a company whom I could count on. Sadly I was mistaken.

It didn't. I paid for a job that was never done. Gave up after repeated phone calls with promises of getting it done, and in the end never was done.

We have recommended them to everyone we know who need roof work done.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. There was a reason their price was the lowest. We had a roof leak that we could not repair on our own. The house also had a couple layers of shingles on them so we decided it was time to just get a new roof. When speaking with Josh I told him where the roof leak was and they said they would focus on the area to make sure we didn't have any problems with it. They installed the new roof over a 2 day period. After the first day of installing the roof they were a little over half done. When I got home my neighbor stopped me and said they had not put down tar paper over a large area on my roof where the shingles were already installed. I called Josh and asked him about this and he said that was definitely not the case and that they would fix it if it were. When I got home from with the next day, they had finished the roof install and were gone. To this day I don't know if the tar paper is there but they never acknowledged that they fixed it. After a year, the roof started to leak in the exact same spot it was leaking before. I called AJ and they came out and put in another piece of drip edge and left. When I came home to see this I assumed that would fix it. It rained again and leaked again a few days later. I called them again and they said they would come out. I waited a week. They never showed up. I called and asked for them to come out again and they said they would. I waited another week and they never showed up. I called again and asked if I could setup a specific date when they would come so I could come home from work and meet them. We scheduled a date. I used vacation time from work to wait for them and they never arrived. Finally I sent them an email and left them a voicemail stating that I would have to take appropriate actions to get them to come out. They showed up the next day and put down a bunch of caulk on the roof in the leaky area. That fixed it for another year. The following year it leaked again. I was working with another company to do house repairs at the same time it started leaking again so I asked them to take a look. That's when they saw that AJ had missed putting down flashing in the area of the leak which was about a foot long. This, in my opinion, was an intentional lack of consideration for my project and money. I won't call them for their "lifetime warranty" ever again because you have to argue with them to come out and they don't fix the job anyway. I don't recommend this company to anyone.
