+ -1 moreThey installed it back in 2011 and not had to use until Wed (2013) when we lost our power for 24 hours due to sever weather in Williams. It worked properly and it kept the water from coming into our basement. The battery took over as soon as the power went out and the sump pump did its job keeping water at the proper level in the hole. Very satisfied.
