Description of Work: We had an ant problem and called Terminus because of their national reputation. After their first treatment the ants came back. I had them return and retreat. They said that I needed to deal the backslashes in my kitchen to prevent the ants from coming in. The backslashes were already sealed. Before they came back for the next quarterly treatment the ants had returned. At the quarterly visit I was again told to seal the backslashes. The ants returned. I cancelled their services and got a refund.

 + -1 moreI have no problems. I'm pleased with them. I pay by the year so I get a discount. There are no bugs in the house. I had a mouse come in the house once, in the pool area and I haven't had much instance since then. They take care of all issues for me. It's worth it.

 + -1 moreThe service is fine. They service our house every three months. I probably am going to have to have them come back and spray the inside because I forgot to leave the door open the last time they were here. I have been using them for the last 10-12 years. They are reliable and if I ever have any issues they have no problem coming back and either re-spraying or finding out what the problem is. Our technician was always Glen, but he recently retired so we have a new person. Everything has been just fine since they switched. I have not seen the new guy often enough, but Glen was always great to work with.

 + -1 moreThe inspector came to my house on 3/11/13 and gave me an estimate. He wore booties so he would not track dirt on my floor. The workers came on 3/14/13 and they saturated the perimeter of my house with insecticide. They also drilled holes in my basement floor and injected insecticide under my house. Terminix cost a little more than the others, but they do a more thorough job. Worth the little extra money.

 + -1 moreI like them fine. They seem to do a good job. They have to drill holes all the way around the building and inject stuff in the ground. If I needed to have it done again, I'd have them do it. I thought the pricing was reasonable. I don't know much about pest control people, but they did a good job.
