The appointment went great. The owner of the business is the one that showed up during the service call and was very imfortive.

The experience I had with Tommy Franks from Rule One Pest Solutions was great! From my first call to him, our meeting him in person, to the last treatment. Tommy was professional, always on time and let us know exactly what we needed to do, and what he would be doing. I won’t use another pest control company, and have already told friends and family! You don’t find many honest people like him!!!

Everything was positive. They sprayed in the spring for grub worms and moles on my yard and my garage and here it is fall and I haven’t seen a thing. I’m going to schedule a fall spraying and I’m pleased with the service. There was no wait and they were on time when they came.

They do an excellent job. They come out for me to do general sprays and anyone that I’ve every referred them to, enjoys their service as well. They are very informative and explain everything in detail while on the job.

It has always been wonderful.
