He was very informative about how my problem with termites began and what was going on behind my walls and beneath my home. He explained clearly, without using scare tactics, what needed to be done to resolve my problem and broke down the costs of resolving the problem. I didn't feel pressured into choosing his business and his rates are reasonable.

I recommend this company to everyone. Keeps in contact about when coming out to the house and letting me know if they will be late.

I was in need of a termite inspection, but what I received was an exceptional resource; of course, the termite inspection was complete as well. An appointment was set within 48 hours after speaking to the representative (Tommy). He was ten minutes early for an 8am appointment. As he inspected the home, he provided informative insight on the termite insect, itâ s environment and feeding habits, and patterns to watch for to protect my home and early termite detection. Not only was I pleased with the inspection results, but I was most impressed with the time it took to inspectâ ¦almost no time at all (about 30 minutes). I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Tommy was very knowledgeable thorough and professional... he met me at the home I just purchased but have not moved into yet gave me some advice and was honest about the fact that it will take a few treatment but he said he will get the job done... I have only been back over there a few times but the Traps he set out are working... he went in with some really good stuff and met me after he was done for payment and already had another referral who has been with Terminix for years and it's getting ready to switch to him... definitely worth the money
