Description of Work: My air went out and they sent a service man out immediately. Changed out compressor and refilled Freon.

Description of Work: My air conditioner had stopped working. The service man was here the next day and checked everything out. The $75 was for the first hour of the call, with $1.00 per minute after that hour. I was not charged beyond the hour, although I am sure that with travel time the call went over, and I was told that if I had trouble with it again within the next couple of weeks, that would not count as a new service call.

Description of Work: I bought a new thermostat for my heat pump and installed it myself with very good instruction over the phone when I ran into an installation problem. I would not hesitate use them again.
