HE CONSULTED WITH US REGARDING THE FEASIBILITY OF OUR PROJECT AND SUGGESTED MANY COST-SAVING ALTERNATIVES. HE EVEN ADDRESSED THE SMALLEST DETAILS THAT WE HAD OVERLOOKED TO DELIVERY THE HIGHEST QUALITY RESULT.
Description of Work: REMODELED UTILITY ROOM. INCLUDED MOVING UTILITY AND DRAIN LINES FROM EXTERIOR WALL TO MIDDLE OF CONCRETE FLOOR, MOVING EXTERIOR EXHAUST AND PATCHING RESULTING HOLE IN EXTERIOR BRICK WALL, REMOVING OLD LINOLEUM AND LAYING NEW TILE FLOOR, BUILDING CUBBY HOLES FOR STORAGE OF COATS, ETC.
