This is the 3rd job I have had from Bailey's over the years. In August, we fit a large empty closet with cabinets making a laundry/office area between our bedroom and kitchen pantry. We prepped ourselves and removed the old carpet and pad and wire shelving and provided a clean/dry, freshly painted room with only clean subfloor. The cabinets had to be brought in through the room window as the doors were too narrow. The installers did a good job with that. Bailey's sales dept did a good job. No wait in middle of the week . I took my measures previously provided by professional from my local Lowes. (Lowes had argued with me over the lower/cab counter height, as I wanted kitchen counter height with an office style set up for folding ease. Also, about spending that amount of money on a laundry room. Lowe's told me repeatedly they recommended to tear out my new oak kitchen-recycle those cabs into laundry-bring more measures to replace kitchen cabs.) So I took my drawings to Bailey's and they never questioned what base cabinet heights I chose! Very efficient 3-D software to draw room specs. Nice floor samples to choose from. Many countertop options to choose from. Haas cabinets were prepared timely. Took extra time for delivery set-up scheduling, about 2 weeks longer than expected.Oddly, they scheduled install on a Sunday. The cabinets arrived with one large upper door with 2 in. narrow diagonal dark scratch in wood already stained over, hardly noticeable and appears almost natural, decided to keep 'as is' to speed process. The sales girl didn't ask about any floor trim and this was a problem later for the flooring installer from another business.* Remember to add matching stained cabinet floor trim for the bases (quarter-round) from Bailey's in your order if you need that. Bailey's installer disappointed us! We didn't know that one of our walls was not at a 90 degree angle. Not noticeable visually with the naked eye. Installer didn't converse regarding the issue and forced the 90 degree angle of the new countertop into the cove. The fresh painted wall suffered a deep, long scratch 2 in x 12 in. The installer informed me of the damage by saying he had an errand, and asking how to locate the local hardware to get putty? I asked why, and how it happened? He informed me of the issues with the angle of the wall being less than 90 degrees after he/they (2 men) had chosen to force it in. There is a bulging gap in the countertop in the opposite corner due to this misfit. He didn't blame me, but I felt some culpability since I had provided the measurements I had received from Lowe's and didn't have Bailey's re-measure. At this point, it's so far to North Judson, I would have it replaced locally by a different installer here. I also have one cabinet knob that is set lower than it's nearby mate. The installer took none of the cardboard packing with him. We spent the afternoon doing all the clean up. Two trips to the recycling dumpster after we broke down all the cardboard. Lots of scrap stuff. They would have received a tip with the $500 fee (he is paid separate and directly at time of install), but I did not tip. I did provide them both lunch. Seven months later, I still think it's a lovely home improvement. My friends and family love it too. I use this room constantly, so functional! In total, I have 2 lower cabs, 6 upper and 2 large pantry size, a countertop, 8 pulls and 10 knobs at an amazing price, I saved $2000-$3000 or more. I found emergency trim locally that just happened to match, but it was a close call! We did not have install problems with our first Bailey's laundry cabinet project, except for the direction one cabinet opened out from behind the laundry room door. The countertop was not fit against sidewalls, only along the back walls forming a corner. But, I do believe they misfit my kitchen counter at the other house too. The seams at the corners lifted after awhile and the back corner always bulged out from the wall as well. They did measure and template that project. The house was 100 yr old, and I figured that the house may have shifted like that over time? Gaping was not immediately noticeable as it was in this current project. *If you are looking for perfection, I would have them make the trip to re-measure the room noting the angles of your walls and perhaps drawing templates of them before installation of any countertops. This will extend your order/install time, of course. I would watch the installer like a hawk, or provide your own installer, and avoid some of these post-installation conditions and compromises. Also, you may need help for all the clean-up and/or repairs after the install!

Baileys designed the kitchen, made the cabinets and installed them along with an inspection afterward.
Description of Work: Remodeled a small kitchen with custom made cabinets. Baileys designed, ordered and installed the cabinets, They are very easy to work with and very thorough with the job. They sent a person out after the job was completed to inspect the job at which time he took a cabinet door and replaced it since he didn't like the finish and the match with the others. I could not even tell the difference but his trained eye could see it.Baileys have trained personnel to design your kitchen and work with you on whatever job you are doing.
