Y-Aerate

This is the second time Ed has aerated our lawn. He has heavy duty equipment and won’t come out if it’s too wet and it would do more harm than good. He also gave us other lawn care advice. It’s quick and painless because he has another guy on a second piece of equipment. The weather does require that you be flexible in scheduling, especially if it’s been raining, so expect that. He did about about 1/3 of our one acre property for $65.

In early APR 2017., bought an AL deal to areate lawn Lots of rain that month so contractor contacted us and said would have to wait for rain to clear up to reschedule. Then we had a serious car accident in early May and lost track of this, and did not follow up. Do not this work was ever completed.

Y-Aerate did a very nice job on the lawn. We had to reschedule the appointment one time due the yard being too wet to get the equipment on the lawn without tearing it up. They were very good about getting us done. We purchased this service through Angie's List so it was a good deal. We have an 11,000 sq ft yard and Y-Aerate charged us $89.

I got this through an Angie's List Deal. Payment was made to Angie's list and they did what they said they would, Very pleased. But I have a regular lawn person who just wasn't able to do that this year,

Crew had good equipment and once on site performed the job thoroughly and quickly.

After some scheduling delays, the yard was aerated.

I was very pleased with the quality of work performed.

They never showed up....they contacted me, set an appointment, and then said they couldn't make it and would reschedule for the following week. They never contacted me again.....I paid in advance for this service and never received it.... I would like a refund...

Mr. Ed, communicated every step of the way. We agreed on a day and because of the rain he postponed it. He kept in touch and continued to monitor weather. When he came out he was very polite and personable.

Great. There was an extra charge for the size of our yard which was expected to to their great communication.

Used a big deal coupon, price reflects this. It took awhile for weather to cooperate, but he used a break in rainy days to get it done. The work seems fine to me - it did what it was supposed to do.

Overall aertion was thorough and well-done. He did forget to overseed, though in fairness this was something I tried to add on after the initial purchase and had not yet paid for. Just wound up overseeding on my own after the fact which was fine.
