George was great. He and his assistant got gutters cleaned which was a big job.

The owner, George, returned my call within 24 hours and was extremely courteous and professional when we spoke. He performed the estimate promptly and got back with me quickly with an exact quote for services, making sure that I had no additional questions. The services were performed on the day we agreed and he was right on time. George even called the day before to confirm our appointment. The work was excellent. The windows and screens look great. George and his assistant were very polite and professional. I changed the scope of the work slightly, but they was great about doing the extra work and George made sure I understood what was covered by the original quote and what was additional. The price was very fair. I will certainly use Top Shine again for window cleaning.

Excellent. They had to work around the rain. They did the gutters immediately after we scheduled, which were my greatest concern. Then they came back for the rest the first dry day. George and his team were prompt, cordial and did an excellent job. The house looked like new when they were finished. And the price was very reasonable. I will definitely use them again.

Top Shine showed up right on time and got to work even though I was not able to be home at the start of the job. They were so easy to work with start to finish and helpful when it came to squeezing me into their schedule as my home was recently put on the market and I wanted the house to look good for showings. George is very personable and made it easy to work with Top Shine. I have tried other companies who offer this service and found Top Shine was much better. I highly recommend them and will call them again in the future!

Had a great experience with Top Shine, beginning to end! I contacted George to make an appointment and he returned my call timely, and answered all of my questions. I scheduled the window cleaning for several weeks out, and George contacted me a few days beforehand as a reminder. George is very professional, yet friendly and easy to talk to. The work he and Anthony performed was exceptional. I don't know what they use to clean the windows, but it's like magic - my windows still look great! Would absolutely use Top Shine again, and have recommended them to others.

George made the time to do the work then and there instead of having to come back. He went around my whole roof and cleaned out all the gutters and hosed them down. Was more than impressed with his character and professionalism. Would definitely have him back.

Communication and timeliness for the service performed was solid. ?First review of the quality of service appeared to be good with the exception of a downspout that was not reconnected at the bottom drain. ?However, 5 days after "cleaning" we had a solid downpour. One gutter was spewing from the top of the downspout and then the bottom. ?Come to find out the downspout to ground drain was 100% completely clogged. Talked to George, he threw out several ideas of how it got clogged in 5 days. I asked him to please just come look at it versus theories. He came to look at it and proceeded to explain how their cleaning method could not have caused the issues. No explanation as to how it could have happened in that time frame but it wasn't them and that is not their expertise. Now I have paid for "cleaning" and have a clogged downspout that someone that knows what they are doing will have to fix.

They showed up when they said they would and called ahead to let us know exactly when they would be here. Worked quickly and had us check out their work, explaining to us what they did and why results were as they were. Would recommend them to our friends in need of services they provide.

George Zourdos (the owner) and his assistant, Anthony, did an outstanding job! These windows and the screens and sills had not been cleaned in three years and were FILTHY. Simply stated ... they did an amazing job, especially considering that some of the second story windows are 25 to 30 feet off the ground from the outside - and the inside family room windows are 15 feet tall. There are no streaks ... no smudges ... everything is crystal clear and perfect. George and Anthony worked well as a team, were extremely courteous, showed up on time and left the home spotless. My original appointment was not scheduled until the end of the month of May, and I had asked George to keep me in mind if he had an earlier cancellation - which happened, so he was able to get to me earlier than planned. George and Anthony completed all the work in 4 hours - just AMAZING! This work would have taken my wife and I all day ... if not all weekend! And the final job would not have looked as good if I did the work - and I am a perfectionist!! This was money well spent. We already scheduled Top Shine to return in the late fall to clean the windows again before the holidays, and plan to continue to use Top Shine going forward to keep our windws clean! Highly Recommended!!

They did a good job and i was surprised at how much grime there was to get off. Fast and quiet and polite.

George was exceptionally professional from the time I first talked with him through completion of the job. He clearly wanted to deliver top quality service & results. As he was finishing up the work he invited me to inspect the windows to make sure I was completely satisfied. We noted a few areas where some extra attention was needed and he gladly addressed them. I was very pleased and will call him when our windows need cleaning again!

They did an excellent job in very short order (about 1.5 hours for a good sized home with lots of casement windows). George (the owner) and his assistant were prompt, courteous, and professional. They did an excellent job and I'd definitely use them again.

Great communication up front regarding scheduling and estimating process, timely completion of work with on-the-scene status update and notice of completion of work and final charges. Identified related issues for homeowner to be aware of (debris from recent roofing project, condition of gutters, possible rodent occupancy, etc.) and generally provided value above and beyond the basics of clearing leaves from a gutter.

He couldn't clean one section, other then that it went well.

George is very professional. He phones when he says he will. He shows up on time. If there are any changes, he informs up front. George gave me a written estimate and a discount for a referral. We were expecting some other external work on the house, so I asked him to follow up at a later date. He did. He was clear about his scheduling and that it would be a month out. On our appointed day, George and his assistant arrived. They had towels to protect the floor. The work was very thorough. After a year of construction dust, the windows and screens look great. Next time we do windows, I plan to add a power wash to the exterior siding.

This was a Big Deal, and they did a great job. I had one gutter that seemed to be overflowing (based on evidence in my mulch below the gutter), and they diagnosed the problem with one downspout and fixed it. Very pleased with this purchase and service.

They can't do the work when I need it done

I had purchased a big deal for the service, and it was okay. There were no extra charges on top of the $99 of the big deal. The responsiveness was very good.
