Top Shine Window Cleaning

The whole process went very well. George followed up quickly when I requested an estimate for cleaning our windows and gutters. The price was fair so I scheduled the work. George and Brad arrived on time and did a fantastic job on our windows and gutters! They also cleaned the screens and window ledges with soap and water. I am impressed with how nice everything looks! George and Brad are both very kind, hard-working, and easy to talk with. I will definitely hire them again!

George was excellent at communicating. He couldn't make our first appointment due to weather. We had to reschedule at a time when we were out of town. He updated us with pictures throughout the cleaning and stayed a little past our paid time and didn't charge us any additional fees. Great work and customer service. Would not hesitate to use again or recommend to others!

Of the three estimates that I received for window cleaning services, George was the only one who came out to my house directly to give me an estimate. All other estimates were done over the phone and thus not as accurate. They were very professional and respectful when inside my house. They did a great job cleaning and I will definitely use them again.

We missed our first date of service because it rained that day. We quickly set up another time and they arrived as planned; got right to work and did a beautiful job. They use an eco-friendly cleaner that won't harm the environment but does a very good job getting things cleaned. Top Shine is one of those few companies that deserves a rating higher than "A". I would use them again without hesitation!

This is the second or third time I've had my windows cleaned and the power washing done. Top Shine is very professional and always does excellent work!

George,owner, is an admitted perfectionist and it shows. He spent a great deal of time ridding the north side of house of mildew/mold. It, as well as the rest of the house, looks amazing. Even cleaned off my patio furniture!

George answered immediately and was extremely professional. His honesty was apparent immediately. We scheduled a time for him to come out but ultimately did not need his services. Even though we did not use his services, we will definitely call him in the future and refer him to others.

Excellent. I sent a request through Angie's List letting George Zourdos know that I had 2465 sq ft of concrete & patio pavers to have pressure washed and that I would like an estimate for that. This included the front porch and walk to driveway, the driveway, the front street sidewalk, the side street sidewalk, the back porch, and two back yard patios and their connecting walkway. We sent messages back and forth for about a week. He gave me an estimate, and advised that a final quote would depend on how bad with mold they were, and could he come out and look at them? He did and sent me a written quote. I reviewed it and finally called him as I did not see the side street sidewalk listed. He is very professional and assured me that he wanted to do my job right and to my satisfaction. I asked if the side street walk was included, and he advised no. I let him know that my neighbor across the side street was selling their home in the spring and that I wanted to have our house look as good as it could, and that was one of the main reasons that I was having this done. He said okay, he would just add $50 for that extra amount, to round up the invoice to $500, again saying he wanted to fulfill my need. He and another crew member showed up and worked all day January 18th. He texted pictures of before and after shots during the day. What a great idea. That was very helpful since I could not be there that day. They did not finish the first day as the $50 sidewalk turned into a job by itself, needing to be done 3 times to come clean. They came back and finished up in another half of a day, again sending pictures of before and after. When I asked about how far he went to my neighbors in the front, he went there and sent a picture within 5 minutes and he had done that perfectly. I had forgotten that I had left furniture on the back porch, but he moved it out onto the grass and actually spray washed it as well and then put it back. That was a nice surprise and turned his words into actions and went above my expectations. My neighbor across my front street liked what they did so much that he hired them to do his driveway and front sidewalk when they were done with mine. Overall an Excellent experience. As a matter of fact, I just set up a check to be delivered by 4/17 as a 30% bonus of $150 to recognize their good work further. They deserve it.

It went great. The owner, George Zourdos, was very responsive to my inquiry, came out to give an estimate within a couple of days of my inquiry, and actually did the job the same day he gave me the estimate. He and his helper did a wonderful job and cleaned up after themselves. They even cleaned up a pile of leaves my son-in-law had not yet removed from yard work he was doing for me. I would definitely highly recommend and will definitely use again.

I didn't like him at all. He over charged me, he did not clean the down spouts, although we had agreed that he would clean the down spouts for a price. He did not charge me for that, but he didn't do it. He wanted to use my garbage container to put the dirt that he got from the gutter. I thought that was odd, and I refused to allow him to do it. He should dispose off his material on his own and I do not have to worry about that. They used clean water to clean the glass and they used my water. They said they can't clean under the window, and said that was my responsibility.

I am so pleased to have found George and Top Shine. My gutters were not cleaned this past fall so were overdue. I had held off doing some spring cleanup as my past experiences with gutter cleaning has been that it creates quite a mess. And that has been due to blowing the debris which lands wherever. George and his associate, however, scooped the debris into a bucket and there was no falling debris! I was very happy with this method. Communications with George were excellent and timely. I was not "put on a schedule" as I have been in the past and never knowing when the job would be performed, but rather had an appointment date set. George reached out again a couple of days before coming to make certain it still worked for me. He arrived as scheduled, his associate showed up a little later and the job was done quickly and thoroughly. Both were very professional and friendly as well. I will definitely use Top Shine in the future and highly recommend them to anyone in need of cleaning and perhaps worrying about the mess onto landscaping and deck/patio. There will be none! :)

George reached out to us almost immediately after purchasing the special offer through Angie's List. Based on his availability it turned out he could accomplish the job within the next day (warm day in February). Although the need wasn't out of despair, the gutters just needed to be cleaned as I do not believe it was ever done. It turned out that most gutters were in decent shape, some just had a lot of granules accumulation from the roof shingles.

I believe they did a good job. I was not home when they arrived and they were just finishing up when I returned. Since it has been cold since then, I haven't checked to make sure the gutters aren't overflowing. Then again, I haven't felt the need to since they were highly recommended by other members. I plan to use them for window cleaning also.

George is a great business man. When he calls, he always asks "Is this a good time?" Once I was busy, so he called back a few days later. If you want him to call next August to set up an appointment, he will. He will also schedule a year in advance, then call with a reminder. Very professional, very punctual. The service is also high quality. He has cleaned our windows twice. There is not a drop of water on the floor or a streak on any window. If he needs to charge extra for something, he always asks first. He asked my permission to use an extra cleaner on the basement windows for an extra $6. I have been very pleased and look forward to when he comes again in the spring.

They did an amazing job. Very polite. However, they refused to clean on of our gutters due to height. I was a little disappointed but understood.

The man who came was very pleasant and did an excellent job. He worked quite well and I was very pleased with the service.

The work was done exactly as agreed upon with attention to every detail. The work was timely and was done as if they were the owners of the home. They were very respectful of my home and made sure that anything that needed to be done to complete the work with perfection was addressed.

They only did the exterior and did not do any screens, because the deal only covered so many windows. They were very personable and on time. I did pay extra so they could do all of my exterior windows.

This company was cleaning a home down the street from ours and after watching them and seeing the Angie's List logo in the back of their truck we asked if they had time for an estimate. After giving the estimate we asked if they had time to clean it and they did it right then. My only bad comment concerns the windows. We did not think to inquiry if window cleaning was included and it was not. I cleaned immediately because they were steamed badly.
